  Hours of operation are not what they say. Says closes at 12 but stops taking at 11:15. Most other places will take until at least 11:30. If you want to cut out early put it on your website. I was there at 11:20, no line, just a guy in an orange shirt ready to be done no mater what time it was.

  My uncle took me here a couple of times now and I think they are pretty solid when it comes to buying our aluminum cans. They can get busy now and again but they would make the time to satisfy our needs and wants. So if you need a place to recycle your aluminum cans and make a few bucks while doing it, look no further!

  Absolutely no help, asked 3 people where to go and none of them gave me a straight answer. Finally got a straight answer and it was wrong, wasted 45 minutes and still didnt get rid of this scrap.

  called to see the price on aluminum bars that I melt myself and the guy said it sounded suspicious that I have a pallet od aluminum bars but news flash im not lazy and its easier to hoard clean aluminum bars then sticky pop cans and grease car parts so I melt it down and because the guy cant understand what I do he dont want any part of it why are people scared of what they dont understand. I would rather remelt everything and put in the ground before I would sale one gram of my aluminum or copper. so there loss not mine and I have so much of it because I own a company that has alot of leftover stuff and yes I own it the dot number is under my personal name and everything so if he is calling me a thief I wish he would have done it to my face. what a punk

  Even though I was told by Jay, at corporate office, that the facility was open until 3:30 PM it was not. Someone should inform him of the correct hours. But the gentleman that stopped to ask me what I needed open the place up for me and unload the metal that I had put in my car. He was kind and very polite. The person that waited on me deserves kudos for being helpful when he could very well have just told me to come back on Monday. I appreciate his efforts in customer service.
