Said they'd be picking up my junk car at 12pm. No show. Called them at 12:30, said he'd call the driver. After another 1/2 hour, they are no longer answering their phone. Never again!

Got quote over the phone of 400 when they got here they offered 300 luckily i hade text quotes of 350 so they did match it. The also were within the time frame the said.
These people are a joke and I wish I could have gave no stars called them at noon they said they had one other car and they would be right over to send them my address so as I sat around my only day off waiting for hours I message them every couple of hours they say oh we’re coming we’re coming so by 10 pm I message saying (Are you guys serious about buying this car I have to get t out of my aunts drive way it's becoming an issue at her house so if your not interested that's fine but it would be nice to know so I'm able to go on and find some one that does want it I don't have tons of time to let the car sit I've been waiting since noon today and you said it would be just a little so out of respect could you let us know some thing thanks) their response was their trucks were broke down. They would be there in the morning to pick the car up. I said that’s no problem. Come morning time I say I’m on my way. They say they’re going to meet me there at 11 o’clock. I sit there from 11 o’clock to 1 o’clock then I message saying I’m there. I got no response. I did call them I got no answer so I called a different scrap service. That was there within 30 minutes. These people are a scam. They’re fake disrespectful. They should not have a business. I’m not looking for a apology because there’s no apology for ignorance. PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
Been trying to get a hold of them for the past hour or so to pick my car up they said they would be here at 6 it’s about 8 maybe there busy with stuff not to sure but was really hoping to get this car off my property

I hate leaving bad reviews but I called at 1pm and we agreed that 5pm would work to come get my old car waited around for an hour called him and he said he couldn’t get my address to pull up so I texted him it and waited and waited and texted him asking how far away he was and he just never called or texted or showed up to get the car… had really high hopes to…
Called them at 10:45 they were here by 11:30 and had the car gone by noon talk about fast service!! 10/10 they were polite realistic with their offer and paid cash couldn’t really ask for more I will definitely sell with them again
