Sam is amazing! We were heading on a long road trip and had an issue with our car. Within minutes of arriving, Sam was able to diagnose the faulty ignition coil and installed it. We can’t thank him enough for his willingness to help and customer service. He is a car god!!!

The girl at counter trying to rip people off. She has no clue what she is talking about. Went to buy battery terminals. I bought a brass terminal. She stated “to buy felt and some di electric grease so it does not rust. Please explain to me how a brass terminal is going to rust?

Can't get any good help with parts .. Chinese products they sell ! Fitting are soft metal.. couldn't get any refund either or discount!! I wouldn't do business here anymore...!!

Checked my oil and it was so low only the tip showed oil. Had to go to work as I went I ran in there to get oil and the man inside put the oil in my car for me since no one was in the store at the time he was very nice and I so appreciated it.

I want to give a special shout out to the manager, Steve. Late one night a few weeks ago, he went the extra mile to help me out with my car, which was about to break down. He even followed up with me after the fact to make sure I was ok. If Steve's staff is even as half as good as he is, this is a brilliant place to shop.

I visited here just for information the other day. I did that because they have always been very helpful and gone the extra mile. They did the same this time. Whether it comes to a car battery or that nemesis mower battery, my check engine light or the alternator on my classic Acura, they have alway been a good help.

I will never return to this location after the way I was treated this morning. I came in to the store around 8:30 because my check engine light came on. I was on my way to work, and I told the guy behind the counter this. He acted unamused. As he was gathering the diagnosis tool another man entered the store. He came to the desk and asked the guy helping me to look something up for him. So he stops waiting on me and instead waits on the guy who came in after me. After a few minutes, in disbelief, I returned to me car to try to locate another parts store I could go to that was on my way to work. After a while the man who came in after me came out of the store and left the store. The employee came out right after and said to me "I'm ready to help you now," and kind of chuckled. I told him I didn't think he was funny but let him do the diagnostic. It came up with a code and he told me he didn't know what it meant but "I could google it," and immediately scurried back in the store. I just purchased spark plugs from another Advance store about a month ago and had them installed. The code was for engine misfire. I wish I could say this was the 1st time I've been treated badly by this location but it isn't. The only time I've ever been treated decent in the store is by the lady that works there. This is the last straw. I will never return to this location.

The new manager, Glenn is not very nice to the customers or his employees!!! It's a shame because the employees that work there are awesome!! I'll be taking my business elsewhere!!

Jake was very kind and helpful as he waited on me and changed the battery in my car! 5 stars for Jake! If you have any added awards/rewards for your employees I would hope you would consider Jake as being a positive representative of your store!

GREAT staff, always ready to help you out. Paulette knows more about cars and parts than 99%of guys do! Rich is always great to work with, too! This store always has good stock on hand and if not, they will get it there in good time for you. A great store added to this small village that we've needed for many years before Advance Auto Parts located here!

The male staff members look at me like i have no clue what im talking about, some of them speak to me that way too. Like i know its 2019, but there are some females who know a little more about vehicles than you may think. Its decently priced. Its also close to home, so its convenient.

Handy local auto parts store. Very helpful over the phone, but I have been able to get better prices ordering online for in-store pickup. Easy to find and friendly staff are always helpful.

Poor customer service. I I needed help with transmission fluid, my manual said I needed 4 type and I didn't see anything on the bottles that said 4type, I asked the guy at the counter what my car take , he said any 4 type would work, like I should know that, I when back to the shelf to make sure I didn't over look 4type written some where on the bottles, still didn't see it. I don't know why he just sat there watching me look for something when he knows I just wanted him to tell me what bottles to grab so I just left, I'll shop somewhere else if they are just gonna assume I'm a mechanic.

Something always seems to screwed up when I order on line and pick up. Parts not pulled, not in stock, etc. They even screwed up a return when I returned 2 of the same parts on separate receipts and the MORON behind the counter rang it up wrong them blamed my girlfriend for the issue and told her to leave. I have complained to consumer line and also to the manager but the MORON that is an issue still works (shows up ) there. AutoZone has been very accommodating!

We opperate a limousine company (Showtime Limousine and Transportation Services) We have a couple of go to places for our parts when we service our vehicles. The commercial department is run by very personable people, and they work hard to provide good competetive pricing along with strong customer service. (Robert First) really went all out to explain new product lines and the process that they follow to provide accurate parts service, moreover Rob displays a strong knowlege of the overall parts industry and a strong customer service attitude. From our very first meeting,They worked hard to gain our business. The store is laid out nicely and things are very easy to find when you are in a hurry. So far we are very impressed. Even though this is a franchise store they work hard to give it a personal touch while building strong business relationships, which provide long term repeat business.
