I think I should begin by saying that I know absolutely nothing about automotive repair whatsoever. I barely know how to put windshield wiper fluid into my car. Anytime that I have ever had a problem and I go there the employees are incredibly helpful and they go out of their way to answer whatever questions I have and don't treat me like the idiot I am when it comes to vehicles. They are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond. I have had them replace a headlight for me twice and they asked nothing in return although I did make sure to tip them at least $20 because that's just the right thing to do. Also I bought a set of windshield wipers and I have no idea how to install them and the worker didn't hesitate for a moment and came out putting on the new wipers for me. You don't find that level of service very often anymore and because I have found it there I will be utilizing them exclusively for automotive needs. The store is very clean and impeccably well-maintained.
Staff is knowledgeable. I went to the store to get a new battery. Was driven home and they installed it there!! Also if parts aren't in stock( a rarity). They'll have it within 24 hours! That's service
Rebel and James were behind the counter when my truck was broken down in their parking lot. They let me use every tool that I needed to use to put in my alternator and they were very friendly and professional. Give rebel and James a raise dammit.
Went in for Bosch wiper blades.They found the blades for me,gave me the black Friday deal that I didn't know about(but one get one) so saved me 25 dollars and installed them for me.Who could ask for more? Will definitely return for whatever I need.
Was out of town and ran into car troubles down in the central Ohio region. Manage to get the car to an O'Reillys location specifically O'Reillys PROPERTY.
Unfortunately due to what we will call miscommunication our car was towed off property before we could either fix it or have it towed home. To our surprise The Lodi branch staff and management stepped up and fixed the situation 100% above and beyond what we could ask for. I just wanted to thank every top to bottom at the Lodi branch from the bottom of my hear thank you!!
Good experience good prices met some friends I haven't seen in a very long time. Paulette has been in the automotive industry for as long as I can remember. She is very experienced and helpful.
Went to get a couple things for my car the Young man named Kyle was a very helpful and pleasant worker. He went above and beyond any parts counter person I've ever dealt with. Great experience great employee. That man deserves a raise.
The had parts in stock for my 75 mustang. No one else did. Go to Lodi Ohio store an ask for Paulette. Awesome lady. An she has un believe able knowledge of cars. Known her for years. An she has 95 percent of getting the parts right the first time.
Very helpful employees. The shelves were stocked and they seem to have everything I need every time I go in if not, they have it ordered and shipped within a day or two.
The gentleman ringing me up took the time to explain why one product was superior to another and confirmed it with a coworker. He didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing, either.
Had an issue with my brakes and asked the employees here if they had the same issues in the past. One of them immediately told me it's probably the rubber brake lines. He was positive. Indeed it was. Would have been trying to play with the master cylinder without his help.
A different O'Reilly's said my brake calipers were in Boston MA and it would take 5 days to get them in.
I ended up going to a competitor that called this location sent me here. Had them right on the shelf 25 minutes away and some other extras i needed.. Saved my behind and i still get to make my roadtrip this weekend.
