I was in need of tow and AAA sent Thomas. He did a wonderful job. My truck wasn't the easiest to load or unload but Thomas did it like a pro! I highly recommend this company and Thomas to come tow your vehicle!!

Today My starter in my 1995 Honda Odyssey did not want to turn over. I replaced in 1 month ago so I called AAA and D&D Total Repair - Towing come over to Post Office in 15 mins of calling AAA. Dave asked me to do a few things then he got out a piece of Rebar and tapped my starter while I tried to start it and it turned right over. So no Tow for him. I got to drive home and take the just replaced starter out and take to Advanced Auto and get it replaced since it.s under warranty. GREAT service and quick. Thank you so much!
Well my experience started off with Cord calling me and giving me an arrival time - which I truly appreciated ( he was right on time, if not a bit early). He loaded my mustang with care on the flatbed. The 40 minutes of travel to my destination was quite enjoyable. Having a conversation with Cord the whole drive up might be the highlight of my day!! On a long trip, we broke down on I-75 north of Findlay, Ohio. Our roadside assistance sent us Matt from D&D. He tried to help us fix our issue, and, when that didn’t work, he helped us get to a dealership. He was kind, super helpful, and accommodating as we (4 people and a dog) had to wrangle overnight supplies from our packed car and get to a hotel. He even gave restaurant recommendations and pointed out grocery stores nearby. We really appreciated Matt and how he tried to make a tough situation better.
We were traveling north on route 4 and one of there tow trucks were following us with a vehicle on their flatbed. He was less than two car lengths behind us. When we stopped for a light he passed us and ran the light. He pulled into the Honda dealership. He would have hit us if we would have had to stop suddenly. I teach defensive driving. He surely doesn’t know any of those techniques.

they even helped me clean out my car and held onto my belongings until i had time to pick them up.

I have no idea who the gentleman was that towed me and my partner back to Tiffin with my wrecked car, but he was one of the friendliest, calmest people. I appreciated him despite myself being very upset in the moment and not being able to openly express gratitude. He actually drove past the accident and asked US if we needed help, we actually did not even have time to call a tow. He was so patient and waited with us while the state patrol took longer than expected. Thank you, whoever the driver was who assisted us outside of Bascom on Saturday. Seriously, you were one of the ONLY stress free parts of the whole ordeal. Although I was very much upset and high in emotion, you were so calm, collected and kind and were able to help so very much. Thank you so much !!!!!!!!!!

They where awesome. We where in a wreck the 15th of July and I had to get my stuff out the 17th. The guy met me and I can't think of his name but he was so sincere. He asked how we where and everything. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a tow🙂
What started out as just a jump turned into helping change the battery and then a tow. These guys were awesome! Really did all they could to try and get us back on the road. Highly recommend!!
My daughter & I hit a deer on our way down to TN. Not only were we not familiar with the area, but we were also stranded in the middle of nowhere on I-75. We were so thankful we called D&D. About 5 minutes after we called for a tow truck, John contacted me to give me an ETA. On Saturday, February 12, 2022 our 2021 Yukon Denali suddenly stopped at the stop light in Bettsville. A very nice and considerate young man that was at the gas station came and offered help, unfortunately we could not get Yukon into neutral in order to push to the side of the road. He offered us the phone number of D&D Towing; he even called the sheriffs department to dispatch a unit for traffic control but mostly for our safety. Our serviceman Cord was prompt, as well as courteous and efficient, we could not have asked for a better person to provide us with help. We highly recommend and would not hesitate to call D&D Towing. My wife had a flat tire. Used our AAA card to have someone come out to help change her flat. AAA sent out D and D towing to assist. The driver lowered the spare before trying to get the flat off. Once he tried to get the flat tire off and could not, he just threw the spare in the back hatch of our 4-Runner. Towed it to a local shop; we picked it up the next day and the cab was caked in mud on the door, seat, steering column, carpets and dash. The spare tire that was thrown in the back left grease and oil all over the rear carpet and panels! Just complete laziness!!! Would never use them voluntarily or if I need to use through AAA, I will ask for another towing company!
Do not recommend very disrespectful company had two car wreck in front of my house this summer wrecker pulled way up in my yard to pick up a car and rutted yard up no need to pull in my yard, then on my way to work about 5:30 in morning last week they passed me on a hill with cars coming way to close.
AAA hired them to tow my corvette from the tune shop in OH to my home in MI. They get pulled over in MI because they aren’t allowed to tow outside of OH. Leaving my corvette unlocked at a rest area. Not recommended.
I contacted AAA to have my broken down car towed to a local shop in Findlay. Steve arrived on time and was very professional, courteous, and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a tow!
They blew my intake by using old gasket.... Drained the batteries (Stock and AGM battery in the trunk) when i refused to sell my car to them.. AFTER THE BILL WAS PAID... Terrible place.... They very unprofessional.... Called me on the phone (instead of showing me) I had a crack in the engine block, then they tried saying I had a timing system issue. The owner was very rude on the voicemail after a bad review. Continuous harassment by HIS FRIENDS on Facebook. Would not reccomend. Should stick with what they're good at towing and helping people break into cars....

Keys accidently got locked in the car. He got here super fast and was able to unlock our car for us in LESS THAN A MINUTE!! Seriously was like 30 seconds and bam he was done. Was super kind and did his job very well! Wonderful wonderful wonderful service!! Thank you so much!
