This place will take advantage of you if you bring brass shells in i brought 70lbs+ of shells they gave me .48 cents a lb down the road I turned in same shells @ taylor metal and was given the going rate of2.00$ a lb Do not give them your business .. mind you this is the same day I didn't ask till I turned them in before finding out the .48 cent a lb that 120$ difference

Colin, in metal sales was absolutely amazing. So was the lady in the front office but I didn’t catch her name. You never think about service being superior at a metal/recycling shop but man we’re they just absolutely top notch! Super insightful, patient, kind, and proud to have them in Portsmouth Ohio! My son and I stopped by to purchase a couple small pieces of steel. The lady at counter was very helpful. She had found 2 old beat up "swords" as my son called them, and she ended up giving them to him before we left. It absolutely made his day. They treat customers like they should be treated, and that is rare these days. Thanks.

Went in to put in a application and instead of letting me fill one out for future reference in case they did start hiring (I have 9 years experience in a scrap yard) he told me they wasn't hiring and wouldn't even give me an app to fill out very rude and very unprofessional in my opinion and I wouldn't sell or buy any material from them I will go elsewhere
