They have had my vehicle for 3 weeks and I can't get in touch with anyone to get the progress. Nobody answers the phone and most of the time it just buzzes after 5 rings. I was told 2-3 days in the beginning. Then was told after a week the Transmission they put in was bad so it would be another 3-4 days. After 3 weeks, still nothing and no phone call.

They picked up a car and installed a new alternator the same day. The work seems to be excellent so far.
