Great mechanic and is honest with you, but good luck getting ahold of him and keeping in touch. You’d think after his son working with him for so long now that he would be able to answer the phone and say “call back at 4 when he’s in the office for an estimate”. Instead, he will tell you to call back in an hour, 45 mins, etc. until you get his Dad who then says call back at 4. Call at 4 and then he says he is still busy. Call again at 5 and still nothing. No follow up the next day still, no texts back. It’s on multiple different occasions now that he’s done this which has resulted in finding a new mechanic. Pick and choose business. Mind you, have used this mechanic for years now. No more though. The back and forth is ridiculous. Train your son.
The guy who towed my daughter's car yesterday was a real hero. He really helped her in a bad situation thanks to a cop. He helped her avoid more fees when he didn't have too. I wanna say thank you again and God bless you!!!
