Vivian and her team are great to work with I have been taking my cars to their shop since about 2005. There honesty is what makes me drive 45 minutes to take my car for an oil change or major issues to get fixed it is well worth the drive So thank you for taking good care of me and also my boys whom take their cars as well
We have been going to Auto Plus for many years, started with routine oil changes & maintenance with never any issues. Have had them inspect used cars before we purchased and trusted their opinion which saved us from buying a "money pit" that looked great. Yesterday while driving our older pick up the engine light came on with a constant dinging message "low oil pressure stop engine". In a panic I called for their opinion as I was 2 miles from home. I made it home and decided to have it towed to the shop. They called the next morning after a thorough inspection (no leaks) and turns out the last oil change (NOT BY THEM) did not put the correct amount in. Auto Plus did an oil change and that's all it needed.
This was a situation where most other shops would have taken full advantage of my panic by giving me a list of issues, changing me a fortune (for work not done) and I'd have been none the wiser. I'm grateful for their honesty & ethical business practices. Vivian & the mechanics are "good people" & when I find business's like this; they're stuck with me as loyal customer.
Love this place! I drop off my car and usually get it back that day or the next morning. Very honest mechanics. The receptionist explains every thing that needs to be done to your car and how much before they work on it! No hidden fees.
Great shop. Very highly recommended for all you vehicle needs. Friendly knowledgeable staff with many years of experience. Can do anything from a nail in the tire to putting in a new engine or transmission and everything in between.
The people at Auto Plus are kind and attentive. Changed the oil in my car in a timely manner. I appreciate all the work they do to keep my car in top shape
Okay, so this place is good if you need something simple like an oil change. Its close to home, the prices are decent, and they have it ready pretty fast. However, one time we had a car that was making weird noises and we took it here. They asked what WE thought the problem was. We don't know anything about cars, except that they aren't supposed to sound like that. A few days and a few hundred later, they said the problem was fixed. The noise didn't stop though, so we took the car somewhere else. I don't remember exactly what the problem ended up being, but the other place had no trouble fixing it. We also learned later that they fired someone and supposedly it is better now, but I don't plan to go here other than for routine maintenance.
ED is great. My car was towed here because it would not start, he calf and told me what was wrong and how much it was before they did anything. I was so happy. I have my car back and it is running great. Yay thank you so much.
Fantatic service. Got my daughters vehicle in and repaired quickly. They looked over the vehicle and pointed out future needs and concerns. We will be back.
I came in for brakes and tire rotation on my truck that other shops turned down the job.they was very helpful and even offered old parts.i will be coming back

I've been to Auto Plus several times for routine maintenance and it's been perfect each time. I like the folksy, relaxed feel to the place and everyone is always very nice. Prices are great, too!
Went to Auto Plus for an oil change yesterday. Mechanic forgot to put the oil fill cap back on after he was done. Oil ended up splashing all over my air intake and on the engine. My check engine light came on and I had to buy more oil and a fill cap. Called them back, talked to both the woman at the front desk and the mechanic. I was very kind in explaining what had happened. Their only suggestion for reconciliation was for me to drive back to their shop tomorrow and they would top it off with oil. I told them that I live over 30 miles away, that this was an unprofessional mistake, and that I would prefer a refund rather than additional service. They were very rude and refused to provide a refund. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company and will never recommend their service to anyone. For a place with as many signs about treating the customer right, they really don't live by that rule. Feel free to check out my Yelp review for pictures of their mistake as well.

First..the prices
Their prices for oil changes are great ($20 for conventional I believe and only $50(!) for full synthetic, which normally run between $80-$100 anywhere else!
They also have a groupon right now for $27 for the full synthetic, that’s INSANE!
I also got a true rotation which was $15.
Now let’s talk service..
I just left my second oil change ($27 Groupon deal) and they informed me that my brakes are in bad shape, which I had a feeling about already. I told them I would have my fiancé change them and they were very courteous even though I wasn’t having them do the work and even gave me some free advice about sandblasting the calipers.
When I left my house today my windshield wiper fluid sprayers were blocked with ice..they have been for a week or so now bc of the weather ..I’m lazy and just figured “oh it will melt eventually” instead of taking the time to chip it out.
After the oil change as tire rotation, I got in my car to leave and saw that they had removed the ice and my fluid could spray freely again! They also made sure all my tires were at the right pressure (which at least one wasn’t bc my sensor was on when I got there, bc of the cold air) and filled any that were low. ALL WITHOUT BEING ASKED!
I would recommend this place to anyone who lives within 20min, just because of the value and level of service they provide.
I don't know what to say I'm just very pleased! I had a broken vacuum line and my van ran bad. I was from out of town and needed it looked at. I took it to a local place a few miles and the guy gave me the runaround saying he had 10 cars to look at.
Desperate I called Auto plus hoping they had space and time for a checkup for my van; a Nice woman answered and told me to come on in. I left my van with them, 2 hours later I got a call saying what the problem was, and how much it'll Cost to fix it. I picked up with relief, a smile and very thankful in my heart for those nice folks at Auto Plus. Whomever reading this know these folks are kind and experienced they know what they're doing, know what their talking about and you can trust them to get done right!

Driving home from spring break, engine light came on. They were open on a Saturday morning and willing to run a diagnostic. Tech let us know it was not an emergency and safe to drive the rest of our trip home. Great news!
Family friendly place! Always give the best service and make you feel very welcome. They understand financial issues and work with you on it. They will show you what needs fixed right way and what can wait. Since coming here i wouldnt go anywhere else they can show you what work they are doing to your vehicle. And if you call asking questions they will give you professional opinions and not demand to see your car ( although it should be brought to get the best opinion) they work quick and effectively. Best auto shop ever!
