Excellent auto repair center! I recently had my Fiesta's timing belt, water pump, hoses and oil changed as recommended maintenance according to the owner's manual. The price and service were outstanding. Thank you to the entire crew at Hudson's Automotive.

This company is one of the best I have dealt with in my over 50 years of owning a car. My car would stall when it came to a stop. The dealership couldn't find what was causing the car to stall. Hudson Automotive eventually found the cause. My car has the automatic shut off and restart feature when it comes to a stoplight. The issue was the car needed a new starter. Their prices are below what most of the other companies' charge. An example is an oil change with synthetic oil normally is $90 plus at other places and at Hudson Automotive it is around $59 including the tax. I will be a repeat customer.

I was not getting heat in my 2015 Ford Escape took my car there, they had it for 3 days. Told me I needed a heater core for $2600.00. They also charged me $300.00, for basically nothing. I went to a different mechanic, they fixed it for $20.00. BEWARE

I was super-impressed with our experience with Hudson’s Automotive. We drove to the Toledo airport from Toronto for a flight and suddenly got some serious wheel hobble when entering the city. We hobbled to the airport and took our flight. From Florida I called the Kia shop in town and they wouldn’t even commit to checking out our car until a week AFTER we were scheduled to return to Toledo! I called Hudson’s next and had excellent communication; they even ordered a part preemptively based on the issue I described just to give us the best chance of leaving as soon as possible when we returned, as the next day after our arrival was a statutory holiday and I was worried we’d get stuck in a hotel room for a few days with 3 young children and no car! They provided shuttle service to and from the hotel and got us back on the road in no time! If I lived in the Toledo area, based on my experience and their integrity, they would have gained a new customer for life! Thanks again guys!

After moving to Ohio, I really didn't know where to go for quality auto repair. Hudson's was recommended and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Hudson Automotive makes it easy to come back time and time again. Dropped in without an appointment to see if they could run a diagnostic test, as a red light came on my dash. Scott tested it and said a new alternator was needed ASAP. I Ok'd that plan and 2 minutes later my car was being worked on. An hour later I was pulling out. How can you beat that service?

I took my 2003 Chevy to these guys and had over 8k in work done by them. Good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good. Suspension, brakes, brand new transmission, alignment, driveshaft, fuses, even fixed windshield wiper fluid nozzles. There were bumps along the way(none their fault supplier issues). The most important thing was they were 100% honest and transparent right away. A very rare trait in businesses nowadays. Worked with my busy schedule and stored my vehicle indoors while sitting there for such a long period while I was out of the country. Scott has a great group of guys, does great work, and most importantly, honest. They worked with me on every aspect of this vehicle with constant updates on everything being done with my truck. I am happy with the price I paid and service I received. Will be taking any and all future mechanical needs to these guys.

I moved to Ohio almost a year ago and was in need of a mechanic and Hudson's was highly recommended plus I heard the commercials on the radio. Gave them a try and they have not let me down. They are great at diagnosing eletrical problems, repairs like starters and AC issues. I will not be taking any of my family's vehicles anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do their best to save you money and get the job done right.

Fast and great customer service! Pricing is decent compared to other places. They don't try to up-sell you unnecessary services, and keep you updated on what's going on with your vehicle. I've used them twice for two sperate issues and will definitely use them again in the future.

Highly recommend Hudson’s for car repairs. The staff hears you out and helps with your issues. I called thinking I was going to have a $1500 repair and it only ended up being $200. Because Josh suggested doing a test on my AC , thank God because what I was told was wrong was not the issue . No other repair shops that I called for quotes even offered that to me they just wanted the big money !!! I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name that drives the Harley but it was very nice as well. I will definitely be back if my car needs repaired . And that’s just because of the kindness and respect that was given to me ?. Well done staff keep doing what your doing

Friendly, responsive, helpful! They addressed my issue over the phone and attended to the simple battery key fob replacement with no fuss or fee. I understand why my friend trusts them with their auto and recommended them so highly. I do, too.

Abs unit went out in my car. Josh and the crew got me right in and fixed up, when every other shop I talked to said at least 2 weeks for the repair. My car has a lot of miles on it and is 15 years old. A month later another issue arose, and again they were able to get me right in and fixed up the next day. Communication was clear and they got me back on the road . I have nothing but respect for these guys. They have done a great job every time I've been there.

Highly Recommended! I was visiting the Toledo area from Chicago for Christmas, and on Christmas Eve the engine light on my car lit up and stayed that way. I wasn't comfortable driving home with the light on and risking either damaging my engine or possibly breaking down at some point on the way home. My brother in law recommended Hudson's - and the reviews looked good so I thought I'd give them a try. I called them around 730am today - and explained the issue. They initially told me it would be unlikely they could work on the car today but said they would do their best. I brought the car in and they did an initial diagnostic - identifying it was an issue with the thermometer/etc - ended up telling me they could likely have the car ready for me by the EOD even though they were busy. When I was about to schedule an Uber back to my hotel - they offered a loaner car - without my asking or even considering that as a possibility. This saved me extra money and was very nice of them. The car was ready to go by the early afternoon - I know the price was lower than what I would have had to pay in Chicago and greatly appreciated the friendly service, quick resolution and going above/beyond to help fix my issue. I'd certainly be a regular customer if I lived in the area.

Excellent place, I was driving across states to visit family for Thanksgiving when I experienced an issue with my car; Long story short, the management and employees were incredibly helpful and engaged with my situation, driving me to a hotel and picking me up the following day. Incredibly thankful for their work and highly recommend them for service as well as people.

I had a water pump go bad on my Ford Explorer, which required a lot of engine work done to fix it. After taking it to a few other shops - one being a Ford dealership and was shocked at the cost they were charging… One of the shops said they didn’t have to tools to do the work.. but were kind enough to recommend… Hudson’s Automotive I had never heard of them, but that was my loss.. I wish I found them years ago. They were very nice, knowledgeable, professional and the pricing was much much much better than any of the others. Communication was great, their facility was clean. My over all experience with them was very good and they got a tough job done quickly. I highly recommend Hudson’s Automotive for all your car work. I will certainly be taking my car(s) there from now on.

Hudsons Automotive was recommended by a friend and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I recieved. The reception at the desk was friendly and upfront. I received an update from the shop after inspection to let me know the extent of the work that was needed. My vehicle was completed in a timely manner at a fair price and I am more than satisfied. I would recommend their service over the competition without a doubt.

I first suggested my father use Hudson’s due to the overwhelming amount of great reviews from locals just by word of mouth. My sister and brother in law then started bringing their vehicles up. My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles to Hudson’s for quite a while. Today, my daughter just brought her new car there to have them inspect it. The reason Hudson’s has become the solution to my entire family’s mechanical needs is because they aren’t your “run of the mill” auto shop. They treat you like family when you walk through the door. They call you and take the time to explain what the issues are and wait for your understanding. As you are leaving and they say “thank you”, they truly mean it. They appreciate my business and I appreciate them even more because of that. It’s nice having a shop around that isn’t just all about the money. It’s nice being able to trust what their mechanics tell you. It’s also nice not having to price shop with other shops because I already know they are quoting fair, affordable prices. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

Hudsons has always offered professional service, but now with their remodel, they are the complete package! I highly recommend Hudsons Automotive because they are never too busy for me to stop by and ask a quick question. They don't try to sell you things you don't need and I totally trust them to take care of all of my vehicles from personal to business. My kids also like to visit!
