I got my car solidly stuck out in the mud 100 ft from the driveway we have up to new land that we purchased. We were having a shed delivered and I was trying to park my car out of the way. The shed deliverers weren’t able to help because they didn’t have cables or chains with them. My roadside assistance with Verizon Wireless sent someone, but they couldn’t reach the distance necessary to pull me out and they recommended for me to call Scioto Valley Wrecker Service. I called and a gentleman came out promptly assuring me that he’d absolutely be able to pull me out. I was so thankful for the assurance of help after having 2 people tell me that there was nothing they could do. This gentleman was very kind on a very bad day for me. I was referred to Scioto Valley from RV Wheel and Tire in Circleville. My battery died and I was stuck. I called Scioto Valley and Brandon was very helpful right away. He worked around my work schedule and sent Kyle to help me when I was off work. Kyle did his best to help get me going on the spot (tried jumping it and adjusting fuses), but it needed towed. He was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and took care of everything for me. He brought it to the dealer after hours, dropped off my key and filled out form. Called to see if they had someone available to come plug my tire as I picked up a screw, they said they could have someone out in 30-40 minutes. 40 minutes on the dot a flatbed pulls in. Lee was awesome. Plugged my tire and got me back on the road in less than 15 minutes.
