Purchased a mirror for my car, Matt was great to deal with and very courteous. Shipped the part right away. By some happenstance they sent the wrong side and he immediately sent the correct part the next day! These folks are awesome!

I required a hard to find part and after calling around I found on the website, Sevan Auto Parts located in Circleville, OH. I spoke with Matt who had a lovely upbeat personality. He was honest, professional and provided great customer service. He was very quick looking up the part I needed and setting up the shipping. The price was very reasonable along with the shipping time. Matt was upfront as he informed me of the shipping instructions. I would recommend this business with great pride and would use them in the future.
I shop here alot I never had a issue intill I bring back my motor for core . The woman working there was very rude and lippy with me and way out of line . The guy normally works the front desk walk in and took care of me no issues and problems solved but that lady had no right talking to me and treating customer that way . Really bother me because I shop there for many years and spend alot there to be treated that way now on all go somewhere else.

This place is awesome! They are super quick, I have visited many times and never waited more than 20minutes for my parts. Great selection and if they don't have what you need in stock they'll go out of their way to get you what you need. Great prices as well.
They are very pleasant and helpful. Just today I went to pick up a part and recently had knee surgery and they came to the truck got my payment and brought my part out to me. That's not something seen in the auto salvage business, at least I never have in my 53 years.
I was sent a defective pcm. We had tech time invested installing the part and trying to get it to program. The part was returned and they did issue us a credit for the part but not for the freight they charged us to ship it here. I called to inquire about why the freight wasn't credited and I was told it says on the invoice that they do not credit freight. That's fine but when you order over the phone you are not told this information. You do not see the receipt until you get the part. Disclose the information at the time of sale. That is the proper way to do business. Buyer beware.
Fantastic transaction with this place. I called and asked for a part I was unable to get after waiting for over 2 hours at another salvage yard and these guys had it in my hands within 15 mins! Great prices and wonderful customer service.
The part i ordered over the phone was guaranteed to work and in good condition. The part i received was clearly not going to work, and clearly in not-working condition. The 90 day replacement was not honored. I was told to ship it back (i had to pay the shipping) and they would have to determine if I would be eligible for a partial refund. The teeth and metal in a vehicle's steering rack should be fairly clean and smooth in order for the steering to work properly and safely. What a silly little thing to screw someone over and take their $95. Unreal. Find another salvage yard on car-part.com and avoid sevan.
After having a terrible experience at another junk yard we stumbled upon sevan auto parts and couldn't be happier! They listened to our request, had us approve the part, and quickly removed the part! Great price on used tires if you're caught in between paychecks can't afford a new set of tires and you have to support a pair of used this is the place to go highly recommended to anybody good atmosphere good people

Hello I’m just letting you guys know that you should try to tell your customers not to buy cash cars there in Circleville everyoneThat has been purchased by me or any of my friends have broke down within the first couple weeks we are out of thousands of dollars and they strive on people being stranded people hurting for money and they scrape the bottom of the bowl when I laugh at you please get the word around we don’t need businesses like that the state of Ohio it’s not even doing auto parts place is any good because they don’t know how to fix it up thank you very much for your time

This place is a joke. Ordered an engine with a supposed 106k on it, ha not even close. Engine was shipped laying on its side, no big deal. I pull the valve cover off, found three things, one; the valve cover gasket was rolled under allowing a MAJOR oil leak, two; oil drained from the oil pan to the top of cylinder head while in shipping revealing a ton of bearing material, three; rocker arm were blacker than black from no oil. I talked to the useless "manager" that insisted i ship it back so they could inspect it, which i did at $160 out of my pocket. Engine gets back to them and guess what, they dont see anything wrong with it. They didnt even drain the oil thru a strainer to inspect from bearing material. She tells me im out the shipping both ways and a 20% restocking fee. What the f#^&! Been working on cars 18 years and never once sent a junkyard motor back, but this motor was boat anchor! I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT USE THIS PILE OF CRAP ESTABLISHMENT! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!
