I bought a Charger RT from this dealer, but I didn't like it. He didn't give me the purchase papers; he supposedly sent them to me by email. He made us pay for insurance and warranty. Well, the car had problems within a week, and now when my son was driving it on the highway, the water pump broke. Now it's out of commission. My son called him and asked where he bought the car. He said he'd charge him to inspect it because the warranty had already expired (30 days). The car supposedly cost $13,000, and we gave him $4,000, saying he still owed $15,000. When I went to get the title, it came out to $17,000. I asked him why so much, and he said the warranty wasn't free. So what warranty do we have now? Honestly, I don't recommend him, especially not for Hispanics.

Absolutely disgusting business. I would be ashamed to call myself a business owner if I ever conducted doing business in the way Laron Huckleby does. I backed out of a deal after the attitude and energy of this guy changed once he knew we were making a deal. He cashed a $53,224 check of mine from my credit union that I borrowed money to purchase a 2022 Silverado 2500HD LTZ. I explained I do not want to do business with him and that he needs to return my money. This was 12/08/2025. I have not even seen the vehicle in person or even been to the facility. Literally told me I’ll have to wait to get my money back because he made other business arrangements, mind you this is all the same day he cashed the check that I sent, assuming someone wouldn’t cash it until some sort of paperwork between us, I mailed him a check to basically have it there ready. ( I live 7-8 hours away) it is now 02/07/2026 and this sorry excuse of a business owner still cannot return money that is not theirs. He also blocked my phone number so I cannot call him. I made a complaint to attorney general which on the consumers report you will see 60+ complaints. I’m paying for a loan on a truck that I Do not have in my possession nor have I got my money back. The Ego is real with this company.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! Bought a car that was overheating. Owner had his guy replace the thermostat after I had to pay for it. Didn't use the correct coolant and didn't replace the gasket. Started leaking immediately thereafter. The owner tried to charge me a $200 diagnostic fees and charge me for the gasket I already paid for and the work to be done again. Nothing but a scam lot. Go somewhere else and pay a little more.
Buyer beware stay away from this place.They sell junk my husband just bought a truck from there last week on the way home check engine light came on and now it needs a new transmission.Aint gonna lie they got us we should have done more research on the place.There reviews are horrible and have many complaints to the attorney general.They are clearing the check engine lights before costumers buy these vehicles dont take my word for it please go look for yourself before you give these crooks any money.Used vehicles can always have something happen but to know before that and sell them to people should be criminal but when you do things like this karma will definitely get you...................he responds to my message and you can see how he repsonded im telling you this guy is a crook he called my husband earlier and asked if i would delete my review which i will not.If this man had told us about a sensor why would we have refused for him to fix it after paying 11000 dollars for it??we absolutely would have let him.Come on guy lets be serious you dont want these negative reviews because there catching up with you.You are a con and you are scamming people.Thats why they also have there workers drive half the way during the test drive which i have never in my life heard of.You did say it was a sensor after we brought it back and again you lied and it wasnt.It was taken to a mechanic we stood right there and watched him drop the pan of the transmission and a bunch of metal shavings.If we refused you absolutely would have put it in our paper work right?Post it and i bet you dont because it never happened and your just a dishonest individual when people are taking you at your word.
I’d like to start by saying that, even though my credit wasn’t the best, the team treated me with genuine care and respect from start to finish. Their professionalism and kindness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The service was outstanding — they truly matched my energy and made me feel valued. Overall, it was a great experience, and I drove off the lot with a vehicle the very same day they ran my credit. I’m extremely pleased and grateful for their help!
I recently visited Top Tier Auto Connection to look at a 2015 Mercedes S63 that was listed online in the mid-$30k range with 63,000 miles. When I arrived, the first red flag was that the mileage was incorrect — the car actually had 72,000 miles, which was not reflected on the website.
I was told I’d be connected with the owner. When I finally spoke with him, I explained that I wanted to take the car to an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer for a proper inspection. Instead of allowing that, he insisted the vehicle had “already been looked at” and said he had paperwork from a supposed inspection. When I asked to review it, he said he still had to “get it” — but claimed the inspection was done over three weeks ago.
I asked again for the paperwork because I was still genuinely interested in buying the car. He told me he would call me. It’s now been over a month, and I still haven’t heard anything back.
After doing more research, I noticed this dealership has been on Channel 10 news regarding issues with other vehicles they’ve sold not lasting long. I fully understand that used cars are often sold as-is, and I’m not against that. What I am against is misleading information, lack of transparency, and no follow-up.
It would go a long way if dealerships were upfront and honest —
If you bought a car from an auction and haven’t done any maintenance, just say that.
If you don’t have the paperwork yet, say that.
If you don’t want the car taken for a real inspection, stand on that.
Honesty matters, especially when people are spending real money and trusting you to provide accurate information. Instead of playing phone tag with someone who never called back, I ended up traveling out of town and purchasing a different vehicle from a dealership that values transparency.
The pricing at Top Tier is attractive, but the customer service, communication, and follow-up need major improvement. Until that changes, I’d advise shoppers to proceed with caution.

I BOUGHT A CAR OCTOBER 30th AND IT BROKE DOWN NOVEMBER 2nd I CAME TO THEM SO THEY CAN FIX THE PROBLEM COME TO FIND OUT IT NEEDS A WHOLE NEW ENGINE WHICH COSTS $7200 AND THEY HAVE A 50/50 WARRANTY SO THEY WANTED ME TO PAY $3600 TO GET A NEW ENGINE IN IT, Was VERY RUDE ABOUT IT AND DEMANDED THE MONEY FROM ME. DONT COME TO THESE PEOPLE THEY JUST WANT MONEY. Dont buy from here . Do your research . My car burned up on the freeway 2 hours after I bought it . Look this crap up im not lying . Theres more than 50 complaints about this place to the attorney general . Their lawyer said what did I expect for the price I paid . Hahaha 😆 it came with a warranty and they wont honor it unless I buy the parts . Bull crap .
Stopped in to check out a car they had. The "Sales" guy didn't bother getting out of his chair in the office but instead sent one of his lot guys out. Took the car for a "test drive". His lot guy drove it out a block and said I could drive it back.... wow, I don't think the car ever reached operation temp. Went back to talk to the "sales" guy, again, didn't bother getting out of his chair to discuss anything. I was really impressed by the vulgar gangsta rap the lot guys played on our 1 block test drive. The whole thing felt very shady.
This place is a joke! They tried selling me a truck that had bondo holding the frame together. It was the first time I have ever felt like I was going to get robbed at a car dealership.
I have over 20 million views on Google and I always make sure that I'm very respectful when posting. The customer service that I received from Toptier Auto is the worst experience I have ever had as a paying customer. I was in the process of buying a vehicle. Decided to check out Toptier as they have posted on Facebook Market several times. I simply went to test drive 2 of their vehicles when I was told that they "WE DO NOT ALLOW PEOPLE TO DRIVE THEIR VEHICLES, NOT UNLESS THEY PLAN ON BUYING AS SOON AS THEY GET DONE TEST DRIVING, AS PUTTING EXTRA MILES ON THEIR VEHICLES CAUSES BAD DEMANDS, AND IT'SA WASTEOF OUR TIME-TOPTIER BOSS". I have never in my life felt so disrespected and discriminated against. Just an FYI to Toptier, that is bad business to paying customer. I'll be contacting BBB. If you don't believe me try taking one of their vehicles for a test drive.
They wanted to charge me $350 just to tint two windows on my Honda CRV. The Black guy sitting at the computer literally forced me to call him to ask the price over the phone since he was too busy at his desk talking on the phone. The Latino staff there are very rude and have big egos. They won't give you a warm welcome. If you don't want to have a bad time, don't come here.
Salesperson had a great attitude before the purchase. He gave and Oscar worthy performance. After the deal was done his attitude completely changed. This was the worse after purchase experience I have ever had. 1st I was given a key fob that didn’t work. I had to contact a lock smith just to lock the vehicle. When I contacted the sale guy, he was rude, hostile and very unprofessional. They refused to provide the title within 30 or even 40 days. The salesperson was very dismissive when I called on several occasions to inquire about the delay.
My post complaint concerns were handled quickly and in respectful and professional manner. I and my co-workers drive a lot, and we are always in the market for quality vehicles. We will add Top Tier Auto Corporation to our list of possible dealerships to purchase from in the future.
This was the weirdest experience that I have ever had buying a vehicle from a car lot. We contacted them multiple times to schedule a test drive as we were coming from out of town. When we got there the car was not ready to be test driven. The test drive was very short. The sale was handled completely over the phone and I had to help his employee handle the transaction. The car was a decent price but lots a small issues. Including a massively cracked windshield. He offered to have it fixed but we took care of that so we could take the car that day. The car was filthy but I can clean it. What really upset me was having to wait so long for my title that I paid for. We bought it on March 28 and he just mailed it out on May 8. He didn't transfer it until May 7. My tags expire on May 11. So while the car was a decent price the experience was definitely not one that I will do again.
Recently purchased a car from TopTier Auto and I LOVE my car. Great miles, runs smooth cosmetics are in tact and very clean when purchased. The owner Laron was very respectful and worked with me to get the car that I wanted. 10/10 recommend and I’ve already been spreading the word !
Got 2016 caravan. Ran and drove fine. After getting it home and doing a proper inspection, it looked like they put new brake pads on it. A new air filter and the oil looked clean enough that I'm guessing the oil change was fresh in it. I did find that the check valve on the fuel pump was bad the next morning with a nice long crank and a rough start, but the van runs perfectly otherwise and all the other systems have been reliable. I'll check this lot out first when I'm ready for another one. I'm happy with how everything went.
I bought a Range Rover good car great price. Miles low for 2013. Had a few hiccups upon picking the car up but it all ended good with communication. I would have gave five stars but the only thing that surprised me was after I paid for the car it was revealed the 30 day warranty was 50-50 on parts and labor. If I could make a suggestion I’d tell customers that before they pay or at least explain it fully to them.
I’ve read a few reviews I know you cannot make everyone happy. To anyone looking to buy a car from this guy it’s a used car you’re getting for a private party price. If you have reservations take the car to a mechanic. Before you buy. Other than that I got a good car.
Yes, you should listen to the bad reviews, the Ohio attorney general complaints, and the online petitions, because they are actually real. They are literally spray painting cars to cover damage. If you ever saw the movie Matilda where her father glues together cars and sells them to unsuspecting people, it’s pretty much the same. Why are you doing this to people, Laron? Why are you purposely misrepresenting your inventory in the ads? You can still buy cars at auction and put actual, honest repairs into them and still net a profit. It doesn’t have to be like this. You either have to just entirely not care or are purposefully trying to rip people off. And no, Laron, not every car under $6k is neglected, rattling, and heavily behind on normal maintenance. Also, your mechanic is not good, the vehicle we looked at, which you said was just serviced, was low on oil (my wife checked the dipstick, but somehow your very skilled mechanic missed this very basic detail) along with service reminder light being on, the 6 or so lightbulbs out, the AWD not working properly, brakes needing replaced, bald tires, I could go on and on, needless to say this vehicle would require an additional 2k in repairs just to pass a states inspection. But hey, your mechanic is very good….Further, they claim to detail cars too, the one we looked at was absolutely filthy, which they are attempting to sell, what’s that tell you. Hard pass, skip this place
I believe I found them while searching for a vehicle sold the first vehicle I wanted but got something better. Mr.Laron was wonderful and provided great service. If you’re looking for honest and great quality vehicles at affordable prices, come to top tier. I would’ve given five stars if it was cleaned out a little better.
Laron was a great salesman, easy to talk to and delivered the straight dope. The car he said was in excellent shape and priced right. All true. For a used car with 160,000 miles on the odometer I expected I might be missing something, however it is in great shape and looks sharp and was clean. Also, I told him that Top Tier was the cleanest used car dealer I have seen and so we’re the cars on display. That is why I turned in. I would definitely tell any friend to check them out first. Thanks Top Tier and Laron.
I like the place because whether or not you have good or bad credit they will take care of you. Really, they will keep it real with you they care more about you than the money.
I bought my Mercedes from them and have had no issues.
