Our car broke down right in front of their shop. They got us in right away. The staff was very friendly and honest with us. They got us out as fast as possible knowing we were trying to get to cedar point. Highly recommend.
Best place to take your vehicle. I’m a young woman and my whole little life I have had horrible experiences with auto shops! Not this place! Finally a honest repair shop. This place has helped me through all my troubles past two years and I will stick with this place for the rest of my life! And I recommend everyone I know to go here. Seriously best place in town !
Terry’s helped us out when we were in a jam. We were headed back to Illinois from a fishing trip on a Saturday morning when my uncles car went completely dead on 57. I called Terry’s and they said they would take a look at it but no promises of it getting fixed that day. We got the car towed in and they went to work on it. The staff even made a pot of coffee and offered driving to town for sandwiches. Turned out it was a bad alternator and The owner stayed until 8 pm to finish the job even though he closed at noon that day. He got us back on the road and home, and did a great job with the repair! Can’t recommend enough!
Traveling cross-country in our RV and experiencing problems with the cabin battery holding a charge. My husband had diagnosed what might be wrong and thinking he would replace it himself. We stopped here and WES listened to what we thought might be the problem, was more than helpful with confirming the diagnosis and with all of the proper equipment and his expertise, was able to repair the problem and had us on the road again within a reasonable amount of time. They were able to pinpoint where the problem was and get it fixed in a timely manner. They also seen some other issues that need to be fixed and called my husband to see if we wanted to have those fixed now or wait.
I had an issue with my car while I was out of town. Luckily I was able to find this place. I was concerned that it might end up being super expensive since I'm not from here. Not only was it in line with what I was expecting, but the true professionalism of the owner Wes put my mind at ease. I got my car repaired quickly and it was affordable. Thanks again Wes for taking care of me.
Wonderful work at a down to earth and honest price! These guys do it right here. Staff and owner are great and friendly and explain exactly what the problem is and what it takes to fix it right (and all at a lower cost than i have found elsewhere!) Will be taking all of my vehicles here for any problems from now on! Thanks for the hard work!
I'm giving 1 star because my truck was actually fixed. Other than that I would give zero stars if I could, and that's mainly due to Wes's lack of communication and customer service skills. I'll try to make this short. I drive a Ford F-150 pick up, on 4/13 the uw joint broke an my drive shaft fell. I called terrys an asked if they could look at it an fix it and they said yes but wouldn't b able to get to it til 4/17, which was fine. At 12pm on 4/17 I called to check on things an was told they were pulling it in right then to look at it. Nobody called back so@ 5:50(10min before they closed) I called an the women said it was never looked at, never pulled in the garage cuz whoever had to do a roadside service call. I asked her when it would b looked at an she couldn't give me an answer. At 8 am on 4/18 I called to tell them I was having it towed somewhere else since nobody there could even tell me when it could b checked out. Wes said he already had the drive shaft off and was going to send it out to be rebuilt. He said my truck would b finished on 4/21. Well when that day came with no phone call from anyone my mother called and was told my drive shaft was an uncommon one and they were having troubles finding the parts. Again I drive a Ford f-150. So the next day we were told my truck would b finished on 4/24. When that day came with no phone call from anyone yet again....my mother called him again. Wes told he the place that was rebuilding my drive shaft lied to him about having the parts and that they wouldn't have them until 4/25. Well finally on 4/25 @530 my truck was finished. While my truck now runs great, probably better than it did when I bought it, the way it was handled was very unprofessional. In the 12 days they had my truck he called twice, one time for an update and once to say it was done. We should not have had to call on the days he said it would be done, he should have informed us that there were issues. Almost 2 weeks to rebuild a drive shaft is ridiculous and it still cost almost $1200. He never once apologized for the time or inconvenience, he only have excuses and was rude and cocky like he did me some huge favor. I will never take a vehicle there again and unless u have a spare car or a lot of time to wait I wouldn't if I was u either. I am a single mother of 2, I have one car and I work 2 jobs so I don't have time to wait. So thanks Terrys(Wes) for the nice running truck and side of frustration, stress, horrible communication, arrogance, and cockiness. It was not a pleasure!
