I couldn't be happier with the service by Ken's towing. I broke down in Port Clinton, and from being out of town, did not know the area. Frank, the gentleman who towed my car, was extremely helpful and friendly. He got to my car quite quickly. But more importantly, he helped me with a game plan on next steps (which was very much appreciated, given that I was out of town, did not know the area, and did not know anyone around). He made sure I got to where I was going safely. I am very grateful for his help. Thank you, Frank and Ken's Towing!
Unfortunately, one of the local deer population jumped in front of my van on Rt. 2.
Fortunately, the Ken’s after hours crew came to my rescue and quickly towed me to their shop.
Happily, they are a State Farm Select Service Shop which is making my claim process so much easier!

They told me it would be $80 for hookup they charged me $85, they said it would be $5.00 a mile for mileage and I was 7.5 miles away from home (so it should be $35) they charged me $60! & with all the other fees I spent $181.99 something that should have only cost about $151.
If I could give zero stars I would!!! The driver was horrible. My husband wanted the car loaded onto the rollback a certain way but the driver said "it's easier this way and I just had back surgery and dont feel like laying on the ground" Seriously then why is he working? Then when we got home our car was parked in the yard and in the driveway. I called Kens and he had the driver call me and I asked why our car was parked like this and he said there was no other way to do it which is complete bull cause all he had to do was go to end of street and turn around. This is the third time I've had a car towed to my house and this is the first driver who said he couldnt put it in my driveway. I called Ken back and he said he backs his driver without even coming out to see what he had done or anything. I'll NEVER call them again and I'll NEVER recommend them!!!
I was having car trouble close to sundown with my granddaughter in the car heading to Toledo. Decided it would be safer to call a tow instead of trying to limp home with her in the car… Safety first you know.
The service I received was very professional and extremely helpful, I would definitely recommend your company to anyone in the area, and if I Run into a problem again in the Port Clinton area I’ll be sure to call. Thanks again for helping us out. Lori
Had a wonderful experience - it was a Sunday afternoon and the driver got to us very quickly, fixed our issue, was nice & polite and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend.
Absolutely what customer service is supposed to be!! Polite, kind, courteous and on time!! The prices were far below all others in the area as well. I'm only sorry I did not get the gentleman's name that came out in the rain to tow my son's car. I do however plan on calling and letting them know what a great job he did!! Highly recommend!!
