Update 3/16/23 brakes and an oil change was done better than a Nascar pit crew and the constantly smiling and inviting staff make you feel as though you're being wrapped in a large warm blanket of excellent customer service! Joe's hugs are also still the BOMB! 10/10 would recommend

We were on the highway near Genoa and got a message that our engine was overheating. Rolled into Joe’s and he had us back on the road in 30 minutes. Wonderful shop, great people.
Moved to Genoa 3 years ago and started using Joe. Always been skeptical about mechanics as I never had one that was both reliable and honest. Nothing but great experiences here. It is called Joe's now, instead of Genoa Car Care. They are very straightforward and reasonable. They do free estimates. They are better than "chain" mechanic places" (like Midas). They've helped me twice now.
