Kyle got to me QUICK , even though he was busy with an tow, after my partner called when I was stranded with a dead battery hours from home. I had called someone else and despite it he still made sure I was alright. Thank you for showing up!! 10 out of 10 recommend! Owner was friendly, worker showed up in less than an hour and I was almost in Hilliard. Came to our aid twice when the young man helping us had a dead battery. Alex was great! Highly recommend and will use again
This is actually a great company to work with despite a couple of people leaving bad reviews who put themselves in a bad situation! It’s never fun to need to call for a tow, but once in a while you have to. 24/7 did a great job with my truck, and the pricing was explained to me to where I understood. Quick, friendly service and nice equipment. Will use in the future!! Thanks 24/7 Towing!
Highly recommend. Responsive, fast, and very reasonably priced. The entire crew is super personable. We have been using these guys for a while now and I can’t say enough about how positive of an experience it always is. If you need any towing or heavy service in this area these are the guys to call.
Not sure what the semi driver is talking about but had my semi pulled out of a worse spot than his and the same truck had no problems getting me out. The driver obviously was not listening to what the tow truck was saying or he would have gotten pulled out. Highly recommend this company
Don’t ever call this company if you see my review if you ignore my comments you will see the result I called them semi truck towing not a car sent them my semi pictures and they sent us car towing they tried and failed I really surprised how these people operating a business wasted our time and caused us terrible because troopers come us to and we told them towing is coming these guys came with a small truck towing failed and left troopers come back to us and gave us ticket because they thought we are laying I showed this guys truck pictures and they reported please use LIVERPOOL TOWING which is in the area very professional and good price see pictures below
