My husband and I went to this location to pick up our personal items from the vehicle when we noticed three key things missing. A bottle of expensive cologne, some change, but most importantly his mother’s rosary that she had on her right when she passed in March 2024. We were told to wait as the yard manager looked through because there is a picture showing the rosary hanging from the mirror right before being picked up by their vendor. While waiting we notice other customers stating they had some personal items missing and they were just told to contact , the previous tow company as we were however we had proof via the photo that our item was in their possession. we have reached out to the GM as well as the regional manager and have heard nothing back they claim to fire anyone who steals however these items were clearly stolen, and there has just been no accountability. If insurance decides to use them as a vendor, you might want to inquire about other places.
I once gave this place 5 stars. Today 2 stars. They once provided restrooms, chairs, and coffee. Today the restroom is a 5 minute walk to a portapotty, No place to sit, nobody is in a hurry or cares about people waiting and of course no coffee. If they notify you that the title is ready... it's not. 2 HOURS I waited for a single document when they said it was ready to be picked up.
the most successful lot. If mom needs to pay storage, they only accept cash and they don't have any exchange for any amount. Even if you need to pay 5 dollars, they will still require you to pay, but if you only have 10, no one will change it for you.
I used to have a one star review on thsi Copart branch as I thought they were the worst, John the manager is one of the nicest people I have met in the car business. Defintley the type manager this branch needs. He helped me with a huge title issue on a 2020 dodge caravan, the issue was from the dmv but he still took responsibility and did what’s right. If I could give John more than a 5 star I will. Keep up the good work FYI the rest of the branch’s employees deserve a 1 star rating but the Manager John is outstanding
Customer service at this location is horrible. No one wants to help, titles are never ready or there, took 4 calls, 2 emails, and a trip there to update my address. Wait times are crazyyy long.
The worst of all. I have been waiting 2 hours for 2 titles, only 4 carriers in the lot and the office says there are 12 people waiting in front of me. How it’s that possible? Disrespectful!!!!! Well, I was wrong. I have been here 4 hours, titles are NOT ready yet!!! Still waiting!!!!
Biggest Copart joke of them all and they're all pretty sad. Once a nice place but I'm assuming the new management is just garbage leading to garbage front desk employees. Nothing but trash working there with ZERO customer service skills.
They don’t always disclose all the damage in the listing. The person taking pictures is a scam artist and tries his/her best not to show you the damage of the vehicle. I advise you going and looking at the car in person before bidding on it or not even buying from this facility at all. The forklift drivers will also damage your car.
The worst, they never answer calls. They take a month to mail your title. I bought a car in PA and another one in dayton. I got my title from copart PA after 4 days, but still didn't get my titles almost a month. Will never buy from this location.
How is it possible that there’s no forklift available? This is ridiculous! I’ve been sitting here for three hours, and no one is loading me. This is unacceptable, and it’s wasting everyone’s time. Get it sorted out!
Wow, extremely frustrating experience. Getting the title to them is an endeavor, they email you a label which you have to print out someway ,so I had to go to a FedEx office. It took three different tries to get an office that could do what I needed done but you don’t know that till you Google it and find one near you and then you go there and find out that it’s not the right FedEx, I’ve never had this much to do about nothing. Do better Copar you’re making a ton of money.
If your insurance ever sends your vehicle here make sure you have every single personal belongings out of it including taking off your license plate and any license plate covers because when I went to get my license plate and license plate cover off of my totaled vehicle this is what I received back. The manager nor the staff cared that my personal property was damaged and when I showed him the license plate and told him about the license plate cover he just smiled at me and said what do you want me to do about it like he didn’t care. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. If I could give zero stars I would.

Great online auction vehicle site, pickup could be improved vastly. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours to pick up a vehicle won during an auction. This site has many fee's added to the price such as Buyer fee, virtual bid fee, gate fee, and copart mailing fee.
Last to times here slowest of all coparts. They make you set an appointment. Then make you wait 2 hours to get car. Why do you make an appointment they won't honor. Here's one for you, inside says they have nothing to do with the loaders!! I told my clients if I have to go there I need more pay..
Horrible business 24 to 48 to pick up a totalled insurance claim vehicle which honestly should be taking priority if a insurance used this company to pick up your vehicle see if you can go elsewhere
The consumer office is at 2835 Main Street. Can't really rate because we are new to this process.

Literally stood for 2 hrs waiting on the loaders to bring my totaled car to get my things. No place to sit while you wait. The staff were very unprofessional. When I retrieved my things I had to wait longer because my plates weren’t in the vehicle. I hope I never have to come back to this place. ZERO STARS!!!
Incompetent and terrible customer service with housing our vehicle. Delivered our vehicle to auto body with battery drained. Truck drive Had no idea why it won’t start. Copper Kept our license plate and did not send it with our vehicle which is not procedure. Someone should have caught this mistake. We could not drive the vehicle for 3 more day after our 7 week wait. Customer service could have been more efficient and responsive with mailing and tracking our plate. I had to call again for tracking number which was invalid. Did get it over night, yay. However without hardware, which we don’t have on hand. Do people even want to work anymore and help others? After reading the other reviews sounds like they are a bunch of criminals. Glad I had all my possessions out of the vehicle.
EXTREMELY slow service for payment and pick up. This location is one of the slowest yards in the Midwest from my experience. Yes, they're still using the virtual queue, which said 24 minutes when I got in line and took well over an hour to even get inside. Meanwhile, local drivers were constantly in and out. Makes you feel like a second-class customer as a buyer, even though you're the one paying all the fees. Lady inside was super polite and friendly, but they seem to work at their own pace here.
if you late for 5 min to your appointment they won't give you a vehicle. Nnot recomending to work with them
First time experience was great. Staff was friendly and professional but follow the rules. They are busy, can be impatient but explained everything I needed to get my vehicle without nonsense. Will be back and second time will go much smoother. The guys working the yard were friendly and professional. Overall good experience
My car was totaled and insurance used this company, to tow. Worse people I have ever dealt with, they schedule a time , and they called the day, before schedule, and I wasn't home. It was scheduled the next day . They stated " see you tomorrow" and never showed up. I called was on hold forever, and finally was told driver works overtime, and will pick up. Never showed up! I have my final ins. Pmt. riding, on them picking car up!! Very unprofessional. They give a window, and you wait all day, for them, to be a no call no show!
I haven’t seen so many frowns on all the employees at a place in a long time. You can easily tell that this is not a fun place for them to work. There is a lot of disorganization in the office by far. This was just from watching other customers get frustrated because it took two or three employees to do one thing. I have gone there three times now and not only are the counter employees very slow and lethargic, there’s usually only one employee trying to handle a super long line of customers that keeps growing and growing. That particular employee moves very slowly and you can easily tell she doesn’t have a care in the world. I have seen them not be able to locate titles, not be able to locate parts, and have to run in and out of the trailers several times to look for whatever it is. They need help big-time. I would not suggest doing business with this location. If you must deal with this location, I highly, highly, highly suggest that you get there an additional 15 to 30 minutes prior to when you are thinking of going. If you have to be there at 2 o’clock and you have another appointment somewhere else at 3 o’clock, get to this location at 1:30 PM. The line of customers hardly moves at all.
The people who work there in the office are very disrespectful and don't care about anything. the copart company should fire them and hire new staff
Had to have them pick up my car due to my insurance totaling it out. They were suppose to pick it up Thursday, January 5th at some point because I was off that day so i made sure to scheudle it then so i could be at home if anything was needed and to be bale to get my license plate off my car right before they came. But never called and never showed because I had to leave my license plate on til right before they came to pick it up due to street parking so i wanted to get it off like right befire they showed up. Well I've been at work all day unable to answer my phone and I come home to my car being gone along with my license plate and no way to get in touch with them til Monday. If they did call I have no idea as if they did they did not leave a voicemail or anything. They told me a day and a time frame and then came a completely day late. Super annoyed about it.
Absolutely awful. Anyone who has bought from copart knows that they load vehicles on your trailer with a front end loader. They said they couldn’t load a truck I bought because it had an aftermarket bed so “ because it’s modified it’s against policy to load it”. This is unfortunate, but not the end of the world because I had a winch and BECAUSE IT WAS LISTED AS KEYS PRESENT, I could put it in neutral and winch it up….. except they didn’t have keys. Here I am 4 hours from home and they refuse to assist in loading, and I don’t have a key that I’m supposed to have. They refuse to give ANY sort of refund. Not even a partial refund. I ended up having to hire a tow truck to drag it up in their flat bed and then transfer it to my trailer. It was a total pain and quite honestly a $160 expense I shouldn’t have had to pay. One of the loader drivers said he could load it but they wouldn’t let him. Their pick up process was an absolute joke, my email stated one time for pick up, and my text message stated another. I was the very first person in the gate, and from the time I got there until the time I left was 7 hours. I should have been the first one loaded, instead I was maybe the 25 person shown to my truck. It should have been a really simple process but instead it was made very difficult and I incurred extra expenses because it didn’t have the key that it was supposed to have. I will stay away from this location in the future.
My vehicle was transported directly to them by my insurance company. I didn't have time to clean it out before it was taken there. My car was ransacked and someone threw a large fountain pop cup into the back cargo hold. And then put what was left of my possessions in the spilled pop. They also pryed off the license plate and broke the frame it was in. My insurance company American Family shrugged and said "Nothing we can do!" Your "customer service rep" at the counter, a younger black man gave no cares in the world. Worst service I've ever seen from a company
