The tow truck driver that showed up was rude to me not once but twice because they made him come back out and then he tried to lowball me for peddal you have no right to talk to anybody like that but especially to talk to a woman like that also he didn't introduce himself so I don't know his name but I sure got a picture of him

I was told 90 to 120 minutes and they were here with 45. Excellent service for towing me two houses 😆 I thought my SUV could handle the snow but was wrong. They were really nice though! Prices were clear!
It was so good considering my car died in the middle of the road. My driver/rescuer was sooo kind and made sure I was comfortable. She was so knowledgeable and efficient. Kudos to her!!!! She definitely deserves a raise!
Lady who towed my car was very nice and knowledgeable, unfortunately I can’t remember her name. Got a call from Hollis to let me know they were running late and why even though I wouldn’t have considered them late. They went out of their way to make sure I knew what was going on which was quite nice.
caught him up I was in a hurry for the car to be picked up so they scheduled it at their convenience. Everything worked out fine. They delivered it to the auto repair place as promised so I have no complaints. Everything was fantastic.
When I called in, Wes was polite and helpful. For the pick-up, I live in a house at the end of a dead end road. Robyn backed that flat bed down without a single misstep. Friendly and efficient service from Robyn. I received a courtesy call before arrival. 10/10, I would call Hollis again if needed.
Called for a tow from my house to the shop that recommended Hollis. They said it'd be about 2 hours, understandable. About an hour and 45 mins later a tow truck pulls up... sits directly infront of the car its supposed to tow and then leaves... I wait 20 minutes and call Hollis back, guy on the phone says I'll transfer you to dispatch, they don't answer.
Currently waiting on AlreadyThereTowing... wish me luck 😐
It was great, the gentleman was very professional, and was very easy with the wife’s Benz, after all it would of been bad for me and him, LOL, but yea thanks Hollis towing for outstanding service.
My only complaint is they were early and I wasn't 100% ready but very professional very fast
Got it done pretty quick a matter of fact I think they're the only ones that answer the phone on Saturday morning.
Price was very much in line with the industry standard.
Quick service for pick up and communication. Only critic I have is how my check was written out. Driver’s writing was not very legible and would forget letters in my name and writing out how much the check was to be. Thankfully my bank didn’t make a fuss.
Wonderful company. We were broken down with a truck and trailer. They towed both at a reasonable price. Very professional and responsive. The driver kept us updated on his ETA. They also contacted the shop we were having towed to to coordinate arrival. Definitely would recommend their service.

Robin is a great driver, knowledgeable and Courteous. I only use Hollis, I am a repeat customer for 30 years, I have 52 old cars. Oldest is an 1886 Benz and a 1902 Studebaker Electric
