These guys were very helpful, polite, and willing to go out of their way to make sure I got my van fixed. 10 out of 10 highly recommend Englewood auto one!
I needed a new truck battery so I went to my local auto zone where I met Nathan. He was immediately asked what he could help me with and from that point on took great care of me. He tested my battery, showed me that it was dead and helped me quickly find a replacement. Nathan was very efficient and quick when replacing my battery. I had told him that I wasn't in a rush when I got there. He remembered that I had said that and asked if I was okay with him cleaning the leads because they were heavily corroded. I said of course, and I appreciated him going the extra mile. Everything he cleaned looks like new and my truck fired right up. Nathan is a fantastic asset to your team and has earned my future business and recommendation ten fold. This kid is going places.
Several weeks ago, I contacted the AutoZone at North Main, Dayton for assistance in purchasing wipers. I was told that the only wipers for my 2020 Infinity was 40.00 each. and they could not help with installation. I immediately call the Autozone store on S. Main, Englwood, OH. The attendant, named Keeton Longstett, was more than accommodating , Very professional, informative in providing various pricing options and wasted no time in assisting with installation. Need I say this will be by "Go To" Autozone in the future even though the other store is closer. Thank you Keeton. Al J

This place has no organization I've called several times they put you on hold and half the time you just have to hang up because they don't get back on the line. I refuse to do business with them anymore
Visited today for the free fix finder service they offer because my service engine light came on, very kind and helpful worker helped me locate the issue quickly and explained it well. I recommend this location & will come back for anything else I need.
My car battery died today :( and I was able to get it checked in a timely manner and get a new battery. Kenton was very knowledgeable about my options and got a new battery installed in 15 mins. He was very nice and made sure everything was good before I got on the road.
Auto Zone was great! They installed the battery I bought at no additional charge in about 5 minutes using tools I didn't have on a Sunday. Highly recommend using them!!!
It was about 15 degrees, had to jump start my car, drove to Autozone on Main St in Englewood, OH. One man was cleaning the walk and asked a young guy in the store to check my battery. It was just over 1yr old and checked as a bad one. Within 15 minutes I was on my way with a new replacement battery and a new head headlight bulb. I apologized from dragging them out into the cold and left. I felt as good about the friendly and speedy service as I did about the battery warranty coverage. Thanks Guys.
The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and showed me some options for removing mangled cheap lug nuts on our trailer. The least expensive one worked. I appreciated they didn't up-sell me!
Excellent service at the Englewood Ohio store on S Main. They went above and beyond in helping me get my car battery installed. Great care and help from more then one employee.
I had an issue with my speedometer and dash. They checked odometer settings and I had somehow put it on km instead of miles. It didn't cost me anything and the problem was fixed. They were very helpful and had great customer service
I had no brake lights at all. There was a worker who helped me to get my window light working so I would have one light until the others were fixed the next day. He had already clicked out but was still at work an hour later. I truly believe he was an Angel in disguise waiting for me. Thank you Sir for being there at the right time and taking that time off the clock to be concerned about my well being on the night of Dec.18th forever grateful for you.
I went into the store and the manager made me feel so comfortable. I know he wasn't hitting on me but he made me feel so good about myself. I was there to get a universal joint, but I was so comfortable and relaxed, I think my oil was changed. Thank you.
Always had good experiences at Autozone. This location was clean and the employees were very helpful. Everyone was wearing there mask and they had all the proper social distancing stuff laid out. Will definitely return!

The older man that works here is rude, arrogant and condescending. In his endeavor to "help" me he told me that it was probably best that I don't mow my lawn! I'd give them less stars if it wasn't for the other employees who were actually friendly & helpful. If you as a company take pride in your customer service you might want to have this guy stay in the back or move him to the hub delivering parts to the other store so he can stay away from your valued customer! I will be taking my 4 car & 3 lawnmower owning business elsewhere.
No customer service at all!! I took my business to Advanced and saved 80$ on my battery. I will not return to AutoZone. The man working behind the counter acted like it was a burden to help me. Needed my battery replaced the warentee expired 3 weeks ago. They are not helpful. I went to Advanced and saved 80 +$. This business lost my money and further money due to the rudeness of their employees.
I would’ve gave a ZERO star review. The woman and man working today have TERRIBLE customer service. I purchased the part I needed for my vehicle and the man had a complete attitude, spoke to me in a rude manner ( like I was a child ) and was so annoyed by the fact that I needed assistance with the part being switched out; a headlight! I will never visit this location again. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated event. They should honestly be ashamed.

I absolutely will not return. There’s no good enough reason for your employee to behave the way he did and disrespect me, a paying customer. I can receive better customer service and auto needs somewhere else; as well as family and friends.
This is a good auto parts store - I think most of these stores do their job well. The reason this one is getting five stars, however, is because of the excellent service I got there. I was having serious trouble changing my headlights and they were able to help me. It took about 30 minutes, out in the cold and light rain, but they got it done for me when I couldn't do it myself. And they didn't charge anything (but I did give him a good tip for it). I'm just very impressed.
Great store! And employee Cory Tomlin always goes that extra step to make sure you get the part you need at a good price. I highly recommend this store.
