I have never had a issue out this store they always go above and beyond mr. Chad silly ms. patty who i jist love to death and mr. George they are all great and phenomenal workers they need a raise they are a awesome team ty oriellys u guys always make my day better ty ty ty
I got off work yesterday at 630pm and realized both my headlights were out. I made it home to pick up my daughter then went straight to O'Reilly's. I'm very grateful that Chad was there, he found the right bulbs and put them in. Thank you!!!!!!
Thank you to Chad, the store manager, and to Craig the parts manager. Needed a headlight for my car, good price and fast service. Chad said I can put that light in your car. Within a minute I was on the road. I appreciate it.
had a great experience at the Englewood O’Reilly Auto Parts on S Main St. A coworker named Chad helped me by installing my car battery with no questions asked. He was kind, helpful, and a good gentleman. I really appreciate the great customer service. I’ll definitely be back!
Refusing to help someone put on their windshield wipers because it was raining is not an acceptable excuse. The attitude and lack of basic respect shown toward the customer was completely unprofessional. No one should be treated that way, especially right to their face. Very disappointing!
My wife needed wiper blades. I told her to stop in and get blades, they will put them on while I’m at work. Manager stated he couldn’t reach them; he wouldn’t be installing them. I called in and ast. manager stated he was too short. Ridiculous. I will be returning the wipers and I will buy from somewhere else for the unprofessional attitude and service. I’ll make sure to speak to mgr while I’m there, look forward to having a conversation with him.

Chad took the time to educate me and helped me find the tire pressure information in my vehicle. Let me begin by saying. I have been in Orileys in multiple states. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars, both personally and professionally with this chain. My experience tonight was one of the most ridiculous I have ever had. I stopped in because my wife's truck needed a battery. When I entered there were two team members behind the counter, and one customer other than me. I was not greeted by either team member. I stood there for a few minutes. Still nothing. I proceeded to get online and find the battery I needed. Got it off the shelf and set it on the counter. The assistant manager said “ I wondered where you went” I proceeded to tell her this would be purchased under a commercial account. I gave her the name and address. She proceeded to tell me that she needed the account number. I asked if she could look it ip under the national account registry like every other store has done for me without one single problem. She snapped back. “We don’t do that here I have ti call your home store, but I can’t find your home store without the account number. “ I then called the store I mainly use and talked to Steve. Steve is a badass parts guy by the way. I put him on speaker so the lady could hear him. She would not listen to him when he told her my account number. She would not talk to him on the phone. Hell, she then told me she wouldn’t even call them herself. My son an my wife both witnessed this vile vile woman and her atrocious attitude. I left my $300 dollars of stuff on the counter and left. Walmart got my money tonight. I will not go back to this location if they were giving parts away for free. The assistant manager needs a massive attitude adjustment.
Chad was awesome ! He not only knew what part I was describing to him, he took the time to come out and look at it then got his tool and put it on for me ( it was a screw that holds the body flap or splash guard on the front bumper up ) Awesome Service ! Thanks Chad ?
Miss Patty has always gone above and beyond for me every time I order from the O’Reilly’s here in englewood. Communication and professional is absolutely things she exceeds in. I recommend anyone who is looking for parts to go this store and ask for Patty and or Chad. Both of them are exceptional at their jobs !
Melissa is incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help. I'm not a car person, but she was able to explain what issues I might have with my car in a clear and easy to follow manner, along with what solutions I could do myself. Her customer service skills are terrific.
The store was super clean and the employees were extremely helpful. Chad and 2 other guys went out of their way to help me and any one I saw them interact with. This is now my new auto parts store after 20 years of going to a competiter. Thanks guys !
On 01/11/24 at approx 05:55pm I arrived to this location because I was in need of a wiring harness for my Truck,I went in knowing what I needed and realized the part was not available
Here and left. I went towards the exit to leave and out of the corner of my eye, I noticed an employee followed me and stood at the corner of the building. As I got inside my vehicle the employee was clearly looking at my direction and as I left the parking lot they took video of me,my family and vehicle as if I stole something. I called back with my concern and the employee stated they saw water on the floor where I was(the side of the building where I parked was covered in snow and the side walk was not shoveled, huge slip/trip/fall hazard) and then allegedly noticed a missing part and researched it. That must of been the quickest inventory check I have ever seen if this was true because I was not even around the corner when the employee exited the store. I would also like to challenge the statement from the employee that customers rarely park there, the last 2 visits when I came to recycle oil I was told to park in the back as the oil collecting bin is on the other side of that back door. It’s very disappointing as a tenured customer that I was profiled, if this is how customers are going to be treated every time there is a “missing part number” at an aisle, this establishment mind as well take pictures and video of every car that parks here going forward. I cannot imagine how many folks would appreciate their family and loved ones being profiled as petty thieves.
O Reillys is normally my go to store and with 6 vehicles I'm in there often. The last 2 interactions with the Englewood location have left me less than happy. The manager has zero people skills and should definitely consider a new career. The older gentleman who also helped acted like I was an inconvenience instead of a customer. A younger gentleman I dealt with this week wasn't super friendly, but did try to help me to the best of his ability and offered me solutions. He did pull the wrong parts which can happen and I didn't realize until my vehicle was already pulled apart as they were similar just not the ones for my car. Please work on your people skills.
O'Rielly's is a great auto parts store. They almost always have what I need, and they are knowledgeable about things. I would say that most of the people working at O'Rielly's are very helpful.
If you need something small these places are ok, but if you need parts try your local napa or undercar speciality warehouse, you definitely get the knowledge of the smaller non corporate shops.
My husband and I took a trip we came home through Massachusetts and the roads there were so bad the bumps shattered a tail light bulb on our RV. We thought for sure we would have to find a RV place, but no you guy's had the correct bulb and the lady working was great.
Needed to brake calipers bracket do you gave me one that was the right one for the vehicle in the other one was the wrong one I had to go back and make an extra trip for the customer to get the other brake caliper bracket and was even charged an extra $3 for it. I felt that if I had to go and make an extra trip to get the right part when I should have had it in the first trip I shouldn't have been charged anything for the brake bracket. Should have just been an even exchange. This was the O'Reilly store on Needmore.
When my ABS light came on I went to several Auto parts store and they were to LAZY to use there scan to tell me the problem with my ABS. Thanks to Jeremy P. at O'Reilly's in Englewood! He was the ONLY ONE he cared and scanned my truck and sold me the part I needed to fix my problem. So thank you Jeremy and this will be the only store I go to for now on for my auto part needs!
Showed up with a buddy last night to buy some paint for his new bumper that I'm painting and he didn't have a bumper on the truck since I'm working on his. One of the employees walks out and starts trash talking his truck to a customer. The other month I had ordered a part for my truck and they sent it too the wrong store ??♂️ Needless to say never coming back to this location. I will be contacting upper management so they can evaluate this store...
Staff is friendly and helpful as long as you don't get Ol' Droopy eyes with the shakes. I'll wait for another associate to free up before I let him help me again
Too much horsing around n mngmnt don't care as long as u kiss their butt. If some steals something they don't call the cops they go after them n ask them to put it bk n they won't call the police. That's sad.to me that gives a thief the right to do wrong cause they know they can get away with it .some on phones n don't rake care of customers till they are done with texts.
