I had an excellent experience today at O'Reilly Auto parts on Wilmington Pike. Anton helped me to remove my burnt out brake light and then proceeded to teach me how to install the new LED lights. I definitely wouldn't have thought about wearing gloves to handle the lights. And overall excellent and expedient experience which is a credit to Anton

pulled into the parking lot, no other cars except 2 others... one had a young man looking like he was sleeping in his car...? whatever, didn't think anything of it, went inside, found the oil filter i needed, went to the counter to check out... and the same young man comes inside (also reeking strongly of marijuana) and goes behind the counter into the back! i ask the cashier (can't remember his name, also a young man) if that guy works here, cashier nods and says that's their manager, Josh. i ask "does he really sleep in his car on the clock?" the cashier shrugs and nods like it's normal... i was shocked. ridiculous to see that that's who's allowed to run a whole store. should have just gone to the Advance next door... i won't be returning. Don't feel like giving my money to a business that spends it on paying managers to sleep in their cars....

I can't complain at all I got all kinds of help from the guys working here they had what I needed they were knowledgeable they were friendly the place was clean the parking lot and store was easily accessible the only issue which is not their fault is sometimes you have vagrants hanging out side at various different times.

I went in with my Father to grab some antifreeze, oil, and oil filter. I didn't need any counter help in this trip. I just needed checked out. Well, the manager of the store was the only one in the front of the store. He was helping a couple of ladies. I waited. He then called a coworker out to have her do a card over the phone. No worries still waiting.... then he went outside with the ladies to test something on their car. I started to mill around and look at things while I waited. What got me was in doing so, I saw the woman that he had called on to do a task along with two other employees just in the back doing nothing. I put my stuff up and left. The manager tried to say something so I came back. He apologized and said he was the manager, so I told him he should get these employees in line. You can't do it all. Manage! I also was in there last year, walked in and no one was in the front at all. I stood there about 5 minutes and no one came. I left and never saw anyone! I am done with this store! I won't be back!

I see these four star reviews and wonder wow I went to have battery tested so I am waiting patiently why the employeebtakes care of a phone call about 7 mins no problem then when he gets off the phone another person walks in he saids he can I help them first I said yes no problems then 4 people walk in and he just continues to take care of them wow you lost 280 dollar sale for some fuses if he was not properly trained to test batteries just be honest and tell me I will never ever shop at oriellys again they need to pay and train there employees better

We were having issues with our car so we stopped today to have the battery checked. A young man named Johnathan was very helpful checking our battery and doing the replacement. This young man has very good customer skills and very polite.

Best service EVER. Had a headlight out on a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ben diagnosed the problem, made sure it was the bulb and not the balast, and then replaced the bulb. This is my second excellent encounter with O'Reilly Auto Parts on Wilmington Pike. They have earned my business for as long as I live in SW Ohio.

We are so grateful for the employees at this O'Reilly's location. Customer service was above and beyond the call of duty. Ben was phenomenal and helped us with every issue we were having and Ken assistance proved to be exactly what we needed when we had a problem we couldnt resolve. I have never experienced such tremendous help from a corporation and we want to thank the team members at this branch from the bottom of our hearts for their help and expertise!!! 10/10

I needed a car battery, I took my old one to several other auto parts stores and I kept getting mansplained, however a lovely gal here listened to me, I showed her what I needed and she immediately got me what I was asking for. I highly recommend this store.

I was parked a long way across the parking lot with a dead battery that needed replaced. It was below freezing out and Joseph gave me a ride back after selling me a new battery. That was very kind of him and I appreciate that about O'Reilly's. Thank you again, Joseph.

I was very impressed with the employees here. I came for a car cover and waited right behind someone who was being helped. The man who helped was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. A woman came in behind me and must have been having a bad day. She was mean to the young man at the other register, sternly telling him not to answer the phone because she was a customer and shouldn't be ignored because she was a woman. The young man at the register didn't deserve any of that and still tested her with respect. I really appreciated seeing the level of professionalism here and am encouraged to come back.

Email system for online parts is hit or miss sometimes but that's probably not the stores fault. The staff are friendly and almost always know what you need even if you don't. They are very able to order parts of most brands and qualities. The price range of parts is very good and the service and returnability of items is always reasonable. However sometimes it's hard for even the employees to find items on the shelves.

These guys saved the day! After Amazon screwed up my order, OReillys was able to order it in on the same day (which was a Sunday, by the way). Part was correct; car got fixed. All is well.

I went and bought a headlight from them two days ago. Today the headlight went out. I went up there and they wouldn’t replace the bad bulb they sold me. They said only if I was a rewards member that they would. So I had to spend another $19 total for a new bulb and grease. Such a waste of money. The guy seemed new. He was polite but as a company I was disappointed.

I purchased a rear wiper blade for my 2009 Rav 4. It broke. No big deal. I went back to purchase another one, but they didn't have it in stock. So my fiance had another one ordered. I went to pick it up today and they informed me that it was sent back. They said that it gets sent back after 5 days. The guy at the counter counted off five days from the order date, not the date that the wiper blade was received in store. What bothers me is when I first mentioned why I was there, a female employee went to his side where I couldn't see her and whispered something to him. He said, "oh, did you?" Then he proceeded to tell me they could reorder. My fiance has no record of having a call to let us know that the wiper blade ever came in.

Bought an alternator for my wife's van. I had Muffler Brothers install the next day ($216.17 Labor and tax) and everything checked out. My wife drove it from there to my son's school 5 miles and the van wouldn't start after turning off. I got it to Walmart and had old battery replaced. New alternator was not charging the battery (used my tester), had Advance Auto test and then back to O:Reilly's to test and both showed the new alternator was bad. Got a new one and had that installed and paid again. Put in a claim for my labor costs and still haven't had it resolved two months going now. Now the 2nd alternator sounds like the bearing is going out. Very poor quality and unreliable parts, so will try to get the OEM version even though it cost more (~$30 but a much better part and worth the cost). I am not going to try a third time with this source. I will have to install one for the third time or pay someone again. I will avoid getting parts from them in the future if this is how I am treated and their parts hold up. I will post later if there are updates. ***Update: I put in a labor claim in November and just got a check for $375 today (2/13/19) from O'Reilly's to pay for my labor costs and all. Third try: On 2/6/19 had a Denso (OEM) remanufactured alternator (reman in USA) installed by Oak Grove Import Auto in Dayton. Alternator cost thru World Pack $175+$35 core charge, total cost with labor $338.63. O'Reily's sold me the Ultima alternator ($143.99) remaned in Mexico, part #R110763B, which is not up to OEM standards. It is missing a plate on the back that was on the original, etc. Returned the second one that was making a bad noise like a bearing going out. Steve the manager said that an internal fin was bent or something when it was installed (Muffler Brothers), but it didn't make this noise for a month. I believe their part source is poorly remanufacturing these alternators in Mexico, and it is worth the extra $31 to get the OEM Reman one and not pay 3 times for labor when it only should be one. Bottom Line: Be sure to go back and complain and put in a labor claim if their parts fail soon after installation. Also pay extra for the better quality parts the first time and save on added labor costs. They didn't offer the OEM sourced part, but Advance Auto who owns World Pack does.

Even though they didn't have the part I needed (it turns out to be very hard to source!), they took the time to help me identify the part numbers and viable alternatives. They gave me excellent service even though they knew they weren't making a sale that day.

Clerks greeted me upon entering and helped me compare the "Fixd" type items in their store that help diagnose problems. Got what I wanted, ran home & wrapped it for Christmas. In, out, happy.
