I ended up getting my truck stuck about 75 yards from the back of house and with the upcoming rain for the next 5 days, I needed it in the garage. I called Stephen and he was out on another call and he asked if he could call me back. He called me back in a reasonable time. I gave him my address and within 35 minutes he was here and within 10 minutes my truck was in the front yard. He was very personable and businesslike. I’ve read the bad comments and was concerned, but I will definitely be calling this man again if I need him.
Easily the most unprofessional place you can deal with. They were trying to charge a fee for just receiving a receipt. Extremely rude. Might be better to be stranded on the side of the road than for these guys to come get you
After being stoped by Monro county sheriff's while traveling for no plate my bike was towed to there lot being close to 3 hours from where I live I understood there would be daily fees and such for holding tell I could make it down to pick up my bike...
After being in contact since the following day of the tow and explaining the situation they would not release my bike I hold the tilte in hand but it's not completely transferred into my name but I guess that means nothing... I was told to transfer the title and everything would be good to go when I tried to do so but the bmv needed to verify the vin beings it's a wv title but they would not release the bike so I could do so...

Last night my daughter’s car broke down at the Monroe fairgrounds. We live over an hour away and they made sure our car got home safely. It was after 1am when they pulled in and Aaron was the nicest person. I understood that it took a while as they were tending to the derby and other clients but I do recommend this business if you ever have any issues in Woodsfield Ohio. Thank you guys and I appreciate your hard work. You made our car issues way easier with towing it home so we can have it fixed.
Had them tow my ford very rude watched a disabled woman fall 2 times and just sat in his truck and did nothing wanted to sit it by the road not up my drive way banged on my door very bad service
I want to say thank you to Andy! He came and got me and my best friend off the side of the highway and brought us home even though it was a 2 hour drive. He was very professional throughout the whole thing! I appreciate Stephen’s Towing for going the extra mile for me and my best friend to ensure that we were safe and got home safely. We truly appreciate his time and patience throughout the whole process.
Excellent service. I called them and he was there in less than 10 minuets he towed us across Pittsburgh with no problems. I would definitely recommend Stephen’s towing to anyone who needs a speedy reliable tow service.
