Drop the battery off a few weeks ago to get it charged up then we got the snow storm and O'Reilly's misplaced the battery or send it for recycling.
Gentleman by the name of Brandon address the issue took responsibility and rectified the situation by giving me another battery I didn't have to ask he said it was the right thing to do.
I couldn't have agreed more and I take responsibility for my part and not picking it up sooner.
Great experience and management should be lucky to have someone like Brandon with great communication skills

I have been here numerous times and I have always been very satisfied with their knowledge and their help. They gladly put wiper blades on my car several times, installed a battery, all for free. Refunds were treated pleasantly.
Took my rotor in to get surfaced, and the employee ended up not charging me just said Merry Christmas. This is why I always go to O'reilly's, customer service is amazing. Thank you

Update (about a year later): came back to get my battery tested. (It died when I was out of town, kid left a light on inside) Young guy named Chase tested it and the alternator. He even brought out a test can of headlight cleaner and did my headlights and they look great! Good customer service is hard to find, but you’ll find it at this store!
I will not be back here I got bulbs from here and they wouldn't help me get my free replacements I am not going to come back going to tell people not to shop here rude people
The employee that waited on me was fine. They put my wiper blades on. Which was great. My only complaint is they were crazy expensive. I had no idea. I had to have new ones. My old ones sounded like a screeching animal!
On a job in Tipp City and fan quit blowing heat. Got cold quick, and had a 70 mile drive back home. Stopped here and Mike, and the young lady (I missed her name) hooked me right up with the correct part needed. Allowed me to fix it in the parking lot. Enjoyed a nice heated 1, 1/2 hour ride back to the Diggs. Great service, which is getting rare to find in parts stores.
High school boy that works there was incredibly rude, acted like we were wasting his time and lied to my face about having what I was there for. Will never go back to this particular store if this is the type of people that are employed there.
Our family was traveling back home to Michigan when we had unexpected car trouble. We were able to purchase a new part from the shop and then they loaned us their cart of tools so we could get the engine fixed and back on the road. The two young men working were kind and helpful and checked in on us to make sure everything was going ok. We appreciate the kindness and patience from the guys at this store!
Olive Garden is always great. The soups are tremendous. Every menu item is great. I even ordered a steak recently, and it was very good.
Note that it is very rare that I will give any chain restaurant a high rating, but I think k Olive Garsen deserves this, because in my experience they are consistent with the same high quality food and service across the U.S.
Tailpipe partially broke off on interstate. This was the nearest parts store that I was hoping could help. This situation just added to my already stressful day and seriously increased my anxiety. Stopped in this store and Curtis and Trisha were there to help. Trisha lended an ear, gave tissues and a hug to a very stressed out me and Curtis happily removed the rest of my tailpipe so that I could make it 30 miles north. I didn’t buy anything but the above and beyond customer service is what did it for me. If I’m ever in the area and need parts, this is where I will go! Highly recommend!! Thank you both so much for easing my mind!!
These guys are what reminds me of buisness called genuine auto parts. Five guys in store one helps you with looking up parts goes in back fo 15 minutes while other 4 stand around and make jokes. Never again advance is the best
O'Reilly is my main auto parts store since moving to Tipp. I've been impressed with their customer service over the years as they often go above and beyond to help. Whether it's recharging batteries or searching high and low for something they know they have despite the computer saying otherwise. I'll continue coming back until I'm no longer in Tipp.
Been to Tipp City location 3 different times and 2 different employees... Both experiences were beyond great. Each employee went above and beyond to help me. One was a rear wiper replacement that isn't available so she MADE one to fit from a broken wiper laying around in back AND at NO CHARGE!!! WHO DOES THAT?? Awesome. The next time I needed to replace headlights and had major problems getting them out so the employee spent about 45 minutes helping us, and made it happen. We find out later the best way is remove bumper but we didn't do that. Again, AWESOME!! GOOD HELPFUL PEOPLE.
I have visited this location several times for various things, you can get lots of items from cleaning and detailing your car. To having to replace parts, audio, help with diagnostic, and much more. Don't forget to sign up for there accounts system as well to keep your file in the computer for easy access to your purchases warranty and more. Do contact o'reilly auto parts when you vehicle needs a check up,touch up, or just to brighten up your cars insides and out.
Had several bad experiences here. Poorly trained, uneducated, and complete lack of common sense is what you will get here. Did their loaner tool service and told them what vehicle I had and 2 times they gave me a tool that was never listed to even work on my vehicle. Tied funds up on my credit card for a week! Went it for a standard fuel line and sold top of the line over priced line. Common sense would be to say we have these fuel lines available and these are the prices! Would take too much common sense and brains to do this! Go to the one in west Milton. I only shop this company when I have to because it's close.
This is about the only car part store I go to any more. I have 9 cars some from the 80's and 3 old motorcycles all with historic plates and I can keep most of the fleet serviced in just one stop.
Always a quick in and out for my YouTube "Crafted" channel's needs. Quick service and helpful from people who are real wrench turners, not just keyboard warriors. Follow on report, I was helped today by "Tristan", a real Ford dealer mechanic. O'Reilly has real mechanics with real experience behind the counter.
Is the most racist car part store I have ever been in. I have been in with my boyfriend and nephew, who are both black, and have had the most rude disrespectful customer service ever. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY IN THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. AND WILL BE REACHING OUT TO THE OWNER.
I've had them run their diagnostic test on my car a few times to test the battery and such. Always very kind and helpful. They run lots of specials on oil/filters so we usually like to stock up then for oil changes.
The last few times I have been to this store I've had problems finding things, mainly because they no longer have cross reference books for any filters. you have to go to the counter, they look it up, then go get the parts, then back to the counter! People were walking out and going to Menard's. it took me nearly 40 min to get just two oil filters! Even some of the employees were complaining. Too bad there's not a Pep Boys around here.
