I took my 21 Ram to Brunswick auto mart on 2/3 for an oil change and tire rotation. When I called on 3/2 and asked if anything was open for that day or the next the lady talked to me like she was shocked I wanted an appointment so soon. She kept repeating "so you want an appointment today or tomorrow?" She told me I could drop it off at 730am when they open on 2/3. I arrived and was asked how soon I needed it back because they were busy. They just opened, so how are they busy. I dropped the truck off and it was not ready until 230pm. When I picked it up, I was told the keys were inside of it and it was parked in the parking lot. The keys were inside the truck, and both the driver side front and rear windows were down, and it was springling rain. The inside smelled strongly of oil and grease and took an entire bottle of febreez to get the smell out of there. Usually, North Olmsted Ram charges me $80 for this service but for some reason Brunswick Auto Mart charged $140. I also asked that a suspension noise be checked and was told it could not be located. When I pulled out of their parking lot the noise was very prevalent.

Mike from sales and Mike from finance were absolutely fantastic with helping us find the car we had been hunting for. They both treated my wife and I so well and were up front and honest with us. Mike G from sales worked to get us the best deal possible. They were super quick with everything as well. Will absolutely be returning to Brunswick Auto they were top class!

It was a very stressful experience after being sold a used 2012 Honda CRV that needed major work. I made the mistake of trusting they did a thorough inspection and it also had an excellent service history, so I opted out of getting a pre purchase inspection by Honda. Management did do right by allowing me to take it back for credit and purchase a much better 2009 Honda Crv, which was greatly appreciated. We just had some communication problems between manager and salesman with a repair that Honda of Middleburg found an engine seal leak issue that needed servicing. BAM did the service without my approval or knowledge at Mr. Tire. With an engine specific issue I wanted it done properly at a Honda dealer. So that was also stressful. But, I have been very happy with the other crv that although needed some work since purchase, has been mostly basic maintenence. Salesman Rich was personable and kind, and a good person to work with. However, being very high volume of all brands, and not having their own Honda division at their dealership, if I wanted to purchase another Honda, I would go to a Honda dealership or private owner next time. Hoping this dealership starts doing more thorough inspections so it doesn't fall on the customer to spend even more money to get their own independent one done. It probably should always be done, but in an ideal world reputable car dealership should be able to be trusted and stand by their cars for generally being free of major defects and problems. The little things should also be attended to for cars over $10k like wipers, batteries, license plate lights, etc I had to ask BAM to do one of them and get the others done on a originally priced about 12k 2009 Honda crv with 95k (though generally in great condition) There is definitely room for improvement here and I hope they do better moving forward. I currently own a great vehicle from them, but it was a headache to get there. Hoping for much needed improvement from management between the salesmen and service departments to improve and be held accountable to do their best, communicate well with the customers and not cut corners.

So this will apply to my experience with Brunswick Auto Mart Service. I've only gone to Brunswick Auto Mart for my oil changes with current vehicle. And in the beginning , I did use to get an oil change coupon very close to the time needed - ok coincidence, right. Upon the appointment I inquired about coupons.I was told they come via mail or email. Haven't seen any in quite some time. I waited about an hour for the oil change. They send you a video during the oil change of which is a little muffled, mumbled, but why don't you show the oil you remove versus , how it should look? Just a question. So then I get the bill , and it's for $108 and some change. I see a miscellaneous charge for $6.32? So I asked the cashier , what does that include, she stated the towels that are used during the time of the oil change? What? Im paying for towels? Then i get in the car and I see that all my tire pressures are different , so I simply inquired, did they check the tire pressure. Did they add air? Considering, I just had four new tires put on about 3 weeks ago.. The service advisor tells me to wait.He'll check , he comes back and tells me the technician said he 'believes' , he 'believes' he did. Pretty simple question.Yes , you did or no , you didn't. Then a comment was made that there was only two techs. And as a customer that means what to me , I should not get quality service? Let's be honest you did or you didn't.Beliefs dont apply. So honestly not a good experience for me. But then you get the text that says if it wasn't perfect contact us , please , though take your survey. Perfects are what they need. Did I have a perfect experience ? No I did not , and i believe in being truthful. I took my survey , gave the marks I gave. I then get an email from a Devin Rupert. Which is who? No title, nothing in email signature, whos emailing me? An email that wasn't asked for, which included information that was very retaliatory. Justifications? Definitely nothing i asked for. He told how the coupons are third party ok so i guess, ironic, 2 days after service, i get one. And then proceeds to explain the rags and now it included washer fluid. I didn't sign up for washer fluid.I didn't ask for washer fluid and in the past , washer fluid was topped off for free. Maybe ask the customer, if they're unable to put their own in and would they like to pay for it I'm quite capable of it , and I do it as needed. And then proceeds to explain to me the tire pressure and PSI's and how it fluctuates , and it works, but excuse me, I understand PSI and all that, that wasn't the issue, the unacknowledgment, the bigger picture was, be honest ! Either you put air in the tire or you did not.There's no belief. You're charging people $108, maybe give a better experience for the price. After receiving his email, i responded with my distaste of receiving the email for I didn't ask for it or the fluff or explanations, but i didnt spell out - do not contact me - maybe I should have, for there was another email sent from DR with a thumbs up reaction. Businesses using emoji's to be professional? Very unprofessional, very unnecessary, and very shameful , that this is the kind of service that customers have to accept , because they have to maintain their vehicles or the necessities in their lives. But I will go elswhere next needed. Very disappointing experience here , but it will be the last one there

im leasing a jeep from them and have had it for less than 6 months and the windshield cracked. i figured no big deal, they sold me on the super strong and crack resistant gorilla glass windshield which came with a 2 year warranty. i called them up and talked to chris balentine about what happened and he told me to come in so we could submit a claim to the warranty. so i drove the 40 minutes out there for some young kid to come out and tell me the warranty for the super strong chip resistant windshield doesnt cover the fact that it is supposed to be crack resistant (no outside force can have cracked it) and only if it cracked because it got too cold or something. so now i am stuck with a windshield that costs twice as much and apparently doesnt even give any more protection against cracking. gorilla glass is a scam and the people here are terrible at customer service. i would recommend going elsewhere

Outstanding customer service! Truly the best dealership I've ever been to, and hands down the best car buying experience from start to finish. You can tell the staff is one big family, who foster a fun, supportive, and inclusive work environment. Some employees have been working there almost 40 years! Ravi, Rocky, and Charles really went the extra mile, and I can't thank them enough. My 'new' 2018 Toyota Corolla SE is perfect! Have 2 recalls on my Chrysler Pacifica. 1 software, 1 door airbag replacement. Google’s saying it’s 2-3 hours of work. Dropped off Wednesday at 9:50am and was told same day pick up twice. Didn’t hear anything all day, so I reach out at 3:30p. I’m told it won’t be ready today. Ask for a text in the morning with an updated estimation on when it’ll be completed. 10am rolls around with no word, so I reach out. “Tech is telling me about 3:30pm.” My car will be on site for 14.5+ hours for 2-3 hours of work. In the market for 1 vehicle and another in 6ish months. This is last place I’ll entertain, even though they have the Mazda CX-5 I’ve been eyeing. Bad communication, long execution on service. Disappointing.

This is the 2nd vehicle I’ve purchased at Brunswick Auto Mart. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. Steve Stropko provided top-tier customer service—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect car without any pressure. He took the time to answer every question, made sure I felt confident in my choice, and made the entire buying process stress-free. The finance process with Mike McGlaughlin was just as impressive. Mike was professional, organized, transparent about every detail, and made the final paperwork smooth and easy. I’ve purchased vehicles before, but this was by far the most pleasant and seamless experience I’ve ever had. We stopped here after finding a car I was interested in online. We were immediately greeted at the door by Ravi. Ravi was incredible from start to finish. He made the stressful situation of losing my car in an accident so easy that it actually felt calming. Unlike most places, we didnt feel pressured or like we were being lied to. Our finance guy, Chuck, was also great and made everything extremely easy. I would highly recommend this location and these people, and I've never said that about a car dealership.

This is the third vehicle we have bought from Brunswick Auto Mart. Our salesman, Richard, was wonderfully professional in this process. All the staff have been kind, professional and informative!! The staff was friendly and kept in touch with what our needs were! We never felt pressured. Pulled out of Brunswick Auto Mart with another great car and experience. Again, Ronald was great. Thank you staff and I will send my family and friends to purchased a car. Thank you all!!!

The atmosphere couldn't have been any better. The employees there was the best employees I've ever met reading willing to do anything and everything for their customers you truly would leave your satisfied. Best place I had ever went to drive for a specially my first brand new one so what I made the choice to come here. A special hi-5 to Mo, who is the man I was spoken to. Best salesmanship I never experienced. I am so glad I want to hear from my first vehicle. And I would certainly recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know. Best place I ever went to.

I drive quite a bit for work approx. 35-40k miles per year. I owned a 2019 RAV4 and loved it so I bought a 2025 RAV4. The entire purchasing experience was wonderful and working with Nanette Slack made it simple. About 2 months after I got my 2025 RAV4 there was an issue with it not idling properly and it kept stalling. I took it in to be corrected and this is where the troubles began. I was promised the car would be done in no more than 2 days. They kept the car for many days and did not communicate what was going on or why. After many calls with no resolution, I had to get my salesperson involved. The very next day I had the car back. To say I was angry and unhappy with my experience is an understatement. Fast forward to October, I’m almost at 33k and an engine light comes on. Not happy about this because nothing should be wrong with the car at this point and now I have to take it back to the dealer. Here is where I had one of the finest customer service experiences in my life. Ben Kmiecik has redeemed my faith in this dealership. He kept me informed at every turn and though I had to bring it back to have a correction made to the service, he made sure that I was able to utilize a fleet car and notified me of all things involved. The experience was truly one of the best I’ve ever had in dealing with any car dealership. I sure hope someone in management sees this and realizes what a gem of an employee they have in Ben.

This was easily one of the most disappointing and unprofessional dealership experiences I have ever encountered. I. Lack of Preparation and Respect for Time My appointment was scheduled for Friday, 10/31, at 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, my assigned sales representative was unavailable, having prioritized another customer. As a professional in corporate sales, I understand unexpected opportunities arise, but this indicated a fundamental lack of respect for my scheduled time and poor organization. Furthermore, the vehicle I had arranged to test drive was completely unprepared: It was not washed or staged. The tires were significantly overinflated at 45 psi from transport settings, guaranteeing the test drive would not accurately represent the vehicle's true ride quality. The associate who took me out in my rep’s place offered no meaningful details about the vehicle, which only compounded the feeling that my time was being wasted. II. Disappointing Negotiation Tactics After an extended wait, I finally sat down with my representative. I was transparent that my confidence in making a purchase had been significantly damaged. Given my decade of experience as a loyal Wrangler owner, our agreed-upon next step was to establish a fair trade-in valuation. Despite having my trade-in vehicle available for over an hour, my representative returned with an offensively lowball offer—less than half of the Kelley Blue Book value for a stock model in "good" condition. To worsen the offer, the sales team also: Increased the interest rate significantly above the rate I was pre-qualified for. Priced the new vehicle $2,000 above the amount advertised on the dealership’s website. III. Summary and Conclusion Given the compounding issues—the scheduling failure, the unprepared vehicle, and the dishonest negotiation tactics—I immediately terminated the conversation. I am in sales and value my clients' time and honesty, and I expect the same in return. As I attempted to leave, the Sales Manager and representative instantly "found" an additional $4,000 in the deal, which only served to validate that the initial offer was an embarrassing attempt to take advantage of me. The entire experience demonstrated a failure to understand the customer, tailor the approach, or respect the value of my time. As an established, passionate, and serious customer, I was hoping to avoid the typical "dealer game" and find a fair, mutually beneficial deal. Instead, I was treated like a typical mark. This lack of professionalism is shocking, and I would strongly recommend that any potential Jeep buyers seek out an alternative dealership. I will not be returning.

Took my Jeep in for oil change. They asked if I wanted a tire rotation I said ok they never gave me a price. They rotated tires and left 2 valve stem caps off They normally wash vehicle never did that. They charged me 25 dollars for rotation plus oil change. Never going back there.

We recently visited the dealership to test drive a used car our son was very interested in purchasing. Our salesperson was nice enough and knowledgeable. However, when it came to negotiating the price, they wouldn’t even counter offer. Disappointing experience and will likely not consider this dealership when shopping for a vehicle. My son found the same car with lower miles (although 1 yr older) that fit his budget and matched our credit union’s interest rate at a nearby dealership that worked hard to earn his business.

Just picked up another car from our guy Kevin Greene at BAM! We can’t say enough good things about Kevin and the whole team — they always go above and beyond. Even after moving to NC five years ago, we still come back to Brunswick. This might be our 8th or 10th car with them, and they’ve taken amazing care of us every single time.

I went to Brunswick Auto Mart looking for a car in my price range. Ravi, my salesman, was absolutely PHENOMENAL. He was able to find me a car that I could afford and that would last me a long time. Went to a certain competitor, they low balled me on my trade. Aggressively tried to get me to sign a deal that was a rip off. The sales manager was rude and not helpful. This was not my first vehicle purchase from them either! My experience at Brunswick Auto Mart was the exact OPPOSITE! I found a truck I liked on their website. Submitted an inquiry, got a call the next day. I was busy in meetings and told the sales guy Dominic I couldn't talk but he corresponded with me over text off and on throughout the day. So when I got to the lot I had 2 trucks ready to test drive, picked out the one I wanted. Already had the numbers worked out, they gave me what I wanted from the trade, no haggling. Met the sales manager, he thanked me for my business and chatted a quick bit and let me be on my way. Rick spent some time walking me through some protection options for rust proofing and fabric protection as well as paint, came in under what I was budgeting even! Finance was totally easy. Right in, right out. I wasn't going to do an extended warranty but I told him what I wanted payments to be and the finance manager re-worked things to get me where I wanted and still walked away with a bumper to bumper for the life of the loan. I fully recommend Dominic, Rick, Jake, and the entire crew at Brunswick Auto Mart. Go buy from them, tell them Denny sent you. It probably won't get you a better deal but it ya never know! Seriously though, go there!

I originally had an appointment with one person and she had a customer so I was gave to another one . He did a great job ! Listen to what I wanted and I got what I needed. Only thing is I’m still waiting on the phone call to come In and go over everything in the car. He said about 2 weeks they should call and it’s been 3 weeks.

Coming off an EV lease, I was in the market for a gas or hybrid luxury sedan and my experience at Brunswick Auto Mart was by far the smoothest experience at a dealership I've ever had! Dave Oswald was an absolute pleasure to work with and Toyota was able to quickly track down the dream build on my 2024 Toyota Crown Platinum Hybrid. I can't say enough good things about both the dealership and the car itself. From the test drive to pickup, I had great communication along the way. The purchase process itself was incredibly smooth, stress free, and quick. The car is phenominal! I keep finding new safety and tech features about it daily. If you're in the market for a new sedan, you MUST take a look at the Toyota Crown! I opted for the platinum and am really glad I personally went with that trim level, but even the limited with the optional tech package would be a perfect option for someone that wanted more range out of their gas tank and all the safety and luxury features you'll find in a sedan in higher price ranges, with the added bonus of the reliability and part availability of the Toyota brand. The bi-tone color combination and 21" wheels stand out and I've been getting very positive comments about the styling everywhere I go. From the enhanced cruise control, stop and go traffic jam auto-drive, full 360 cameras, assisted parking, heated / vented front seats, heated rear seats and steering wheel, and even *face recognition* for driver seat settings, this car has everything I could ask for and more. It's also a very fun drive in the platinum trim with adjustive dampeners and 340 hp. I looked at the BMW 330e, Alfa Romeo Giulia, Lexus 300 F Sport, Cadillac CT5, and other luxury lines. I'm extremely happy with my 2024 Crown purchase and love my time in it behind the wheel. If you're in the market for a luxury sedan and want the reliability of the Toyota brand, go take a test drive in a Crown! I think you'll be very pleasantly surprised!

Ravi and his supervisor were attentive, diligent, timely, and fair. They were responsive and courteous at all times during negotiations. Ravi has even assisted me with post purchase questions. I encourage any buyer to check with this dealership in his/her buying process before finalizing their purchase decision. My 70 mile drive was very worth it. Thanks, Brunswick! BTW, I love my new car!
