These guys are PHENOMENAL! First, their communication is fantastic. Very promot. Once I used the website, they gave me a quote for my dodge caliber and contacted me immediately. My caliber had a busted ball joint and they came all the way to cleveland to pick it up. The guy that helped me worked tirelessly to get my car out of a crowded parking lot. And in 20 degree weather, ah! He was so kind! He really is amazing. If you're reading this, thank you again sir!

had a great experience. I experienced a few delays with getting a duplicate title on my end, but they worked with me and were very patient. checked in with me and assured I didn’t need anything feom them. the driver was nice as well!
Had a very positive experience. A couple of weeks ago I lost my wallet which contained my driver's license. Couldn't find anyone to buy my car without a hard copy. Ohio Steel accepted my paper copy , which saved me a lot of hassle. They also promptly picked up the car and gave me what they promised
I give Wheezly 3.5 out of 5 stars because the way the offer was portrayed to me was that it was the final price, not an estimate by a 3rd party company that isn't even in my state. Maybe it was in the fine print but that's my fault for not reading it. I really assumed it was just an estimate because it was based on my description of the vehicle without them seeing it yet. So please keep that in mind when using them. Otherwise they were professional and friendly.
I give the company that actually was buying and picking up the car 5 of 5 stars, I asked for a 30 min "heads up we are on the way" call/text, they complied so I could go about my day as normal. They were friendly, they explained why the offer was lower and had valid reasoning when I asked for an explanation. I accepted the final offer, was paid in cash and they were on their way. They went above and beyond when I notified them that I forgot to take my plate off the vehicle (because I wanted to transfer it to another) and I figured it was a lost cause but they offered to drop it off to me in the next few days. That's customer service.
So my overall rating is 4 out of 5 stars for the experience as a whole. I recommend using this company but please understand that the price they give you MIGHT not be the final offer when the driver comes to pick up the vehicle and that there is a 3rd party involved. I have already recommended them to a friend who also sold her car through Wheezly and recommend them for you as well. If the final offer isn't satisfactory to you...don't accept it. The final offer I was given was still more than what other junk car buyers in my area.
Everything went so smoothly. The car was picked up as schedule and the agreed upon amount was paid on the spot.

Unless your car is ready for the scrap yard, don't bother. They don't pay too dollar. As a matter of fact if your vehicle is running and drivable, they're still going to give you less than scrap price. I've been thinking about getting rid of my truck for almost a year now but didn't want to be bothered with selling it privately, I said let's see what they offer. It was a complete insult especially since I told them I already had offers 3 and 4 times what they were offering. Then they came back with an offer only a couple dollars more and then another that was still less than scrap prices. Then they tried calling a week later. My truck might need work but I can drive it , I don't need to get rid of it. Very insulting prices. Even if you're looking to scrap your vehicle, call your local pull apart or junk yard, most will come and tow it, they'll just give you a little less and will still most likely come in higher than these guys.
Professional and kind. Glad I found this place. We were offered a smaller amount from another place awhile ago for the same pickup truck but these guys beat that offer and paid a nice sum. They were prompt and I will definitely be keeping them in mind when I have a vehicle that needs towed away.
I had a pick scheduled for 10 am. The driver called me at 9:45 with a slurred speech. He told me he’d be here at 10:15. He then calls me at 10:30 and says he’s not in the condition to drive. This guy was out of it. I then called the company they were no help at all. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager has still not called me back. The person who answered the phone said that the driver was not answering the phone. I have not heard from them since. I highly recommend to NOT use them. I rescheduled my whole work day for this.
The tow truck driver was very professional & the company was honest about the amount they would pay me for my jalopy. I'll recommend them to my friends and family.

My husband and I were in an emergency situation with our vehicle in a city that we did not live in and did not have friends or family their to assist us. I googled several places on line that would not react to our situation with any urgency. Did I mention that on this day there was a blizzard that had dropped almost 2 feet of snow the entire night before and it was still AM and not very good conditions on the roads. They got to us within 80 minutes and resolved our situation and we were able to get back home immediately. I would recommend this business to anyone.
