Unless you have the patience of an inmate waiting to get released from prison, I would not advise you to order anything from these people!!! So April 6, 2026 I spent $2339.21 Later, got a call from Monica who is the sales person who helped me to tell me that I now owe an additional $323 because she ordered the wrong bumper for my vehicle when she had the VIN number the entire time no problem when I first called I got quoted the parts will be ready within a day but after making the payment for the pre I was told up to three days it is now April 14, 2026 and I still have no parts last week Wednesday I finally got back in contact with Monica. Explain my frustrations letting her know that I am paying for a rental car. I am paying $40 a day for where my car is being stored and I need to know what’s going on with my parts. I’m getting the total runaround anytime that I speak to this woman I asked for a refund several Times while we talked, she completely ignored me request for a refund She proceeded to say that they were working on taking the part off so give them another day. I agreed long story short she lied multiple times speaking to her today she says the port will arrive Thursday to rewind back to yesterday. I talked to the supervisor Josh, and also expressed my frustrations about his employee, and how business is being ran, how unprofessional and rude everyone is and very misleading. He told me he will give me He would refund me $80 total $40 for the storage for Friday and Monday and he told me to just let Monica know today I called told her everything me and him talked about. She’s like she don’t know where their funds will be coming from and pretty much everything that he told me regarding a refund is false. He told me to wait until today and if nothing he will fully refund me for the grill and the bumper and she’s telling me no that’s not true that maybe he don’t know the full details when me and him sat on the phone for over 20 minutes, talking about the whole situation. She wants me to then wait for the parts to come to their shop in Youngstown before I can cancel it because she wants me to pay a 25% restocking fee whenever I asked to cancel it before they even took the parts off the car. This is a very, very shady business now I have to dispute this with my bank because they are refusing to give me back my money. Every day is a different story. Your knees will not be met. They will however, be ignored if I don’t want The merchandise I should not have to be forced to pay for it if I want a refund and it was well within a timeframe before it shipped out before they even took the part off the car I asked for my money and I did not get it and if you do want to order with these people, at least don’t let Monica be your sales rent on top of that. There was a few times. She was supposed to call me with updates, but she didn’t because she kept leaving work early with all of these alleged family emergencies and because she has headaches I mean, this place is ridiculous but one way or another I will get my money back be aware of these people. I feel like it’s a family owned business and they all just run you around in circles telling you bullshit. Because how can the supervisor tell me one thing and then the sales rep can just pick up and tell you a whole different thing and ignore what he said it’s crazy
Janie has been so helpful and patient because I went to Japan in the middle of everything. She found most of the parts that I needed for my son's car in the same color so I'm saving on a paint job! Thanks again Janie

The guys at Youngstown auto Wrecking are amazing. I called and ordered some suspension parts, they could not get them apart so they called and stated they would give me the whole rear suspension and subframe and honor the price they originally quoted me. No other salvage yard would have done that, I'm glad to see there is Businesses out there that are still honest and stand behind their word. Good job guys and hope to do more business with you in the future.
Stopped in and ordered a subframe for a kia, they said they could order one in and have it in 4 days. Great. 8 days pass, no call, so I call them. They couldnt get me that subframe, so they ordered another one that also didnt work out, so they order a third. I tell them specifically to call me with any updates. Whatever, as long as I get my part. Another 10 days pass, no call. I call them again, they inform me that the second and third subframes fell through, and they failed to let me know any of the changes in the progress of my expensive part. I got a refund, still no part and weeks wasted.
I found a part on the main hub for online salvage sites and it directed me to a place in Indiana. The gentleman informed me that they do not ship to residents for large sheet metal pieces but could ship to another authorized PRP facility. This is the closest facility so I called and asked about if that was a possibility and he said, "yeahhhh no, were not doing that. We're not going to be your drop off spot." Little did he know that he had my vehicle in stock that had leather seats that I was also going to ask if I could purchase from him or if he could come down on the piece he had that I wanted but since was rude and unhelpful and didn't offer to do a "service" charge or sate something along the lines of "what vehicle do you have? Maybe we have something in stock I can help you find?".... I know they're not in the sales or customer service business per say but don't waste your time and go with A&C Auto, they were helpful.
Very nice and great communication from the front desk. Got parts I needed in a timely manner and for a great price highly recommend and will be coming again and again for all my parts needed.
Needed a fender for my f150, was told it was in great shape. Purchased it, $138 was swiftly removed my from account at lightening speed, was told it would be ready sometime Friday. I received zero phone call regarding my fender being pulled, I reached out Monday to be met with “oh our bad buddy we will pull it today it’ll be ready by 10 am Tuesday!” I come to snag my fender, that I had already paid for, it has been sold, and they aren’t sure what I should do. Unfortunately it's the "systems fault" but the system isn't here for me to direct my frustrations with! Money will be back in 48 hours as well, but man it sure was taken QUICK when I bought it. Let down as per usual anymore but it's expected. I'm sure l'll be back, I love punishing myself! I’ll leave it at that because I have to find another fender somewhere even though I purchased one a week ago here!
Have been coming here for years as a private buyer and as a commercial buyer. Parts are always as described, prices are always fair, and customer service is up to bar with the best of them. Highly recommended to anyone looking for parts on any early or late model vehicles no matter how big or small.
