This company is amazing! My husband and I got stuck driving to our ice fishing spot and I was honestly scared. These guys came out and confidently and quickly pulled out our truck. It’s obvious they are very knowledgeable. I hope we never need pulled out again, but I will definitely call them if I’m ever in another situation like this.
Gobel’s had the best customer service I dealt with in the industry.

I am so grateful I chose to call Gobels today! I had a broken coolant line causing me to stop on the shoulder. Austin and Brian came and hooked me up. They suggested their shop might be able to make the repairs and avoid going to the Kenworth dealership. Along with Nick they all made it happen and I’m back on my way. Thank you and SO GRATEFUL!
Very professional and accommodating. My only complaint is the pricing. $135 for local service is a bit much. I literally live 5 minutes away in North Lima and the repair shop that I had them tow to was only 1 minute away from them. All local in North Lima. 10 minute round trip. IDK. I just feel like for a local girl giving TWO local shops my business, the price could have been more fair. Other than that, I am pleased.
Ron was amazing. He had a tight space to get our truck out of and handled it like a pro. He was very friendly and made us feel comfortable.
The dispatch person was wonderful. They got Ron to us as quickly as possible.
The rate was quite reasonable.

We appreciate the help provided, these guys are pros in every aspect. Unfortunately DOT said that this was a contracted road and forced us to hire another company but these guys helped us a lot more than the ones sent by DOT. If you're ever in a bind, call Gobel's.
I had my loaded work pickup off the edge of a steep drop off. After having some companys turn down the job and others tell me " I'll pull on it see what happens and all the damage is your problem" I called Gobel's. I should have done that right off the bat. They showed up within 40 minutes of me calling ( and it was easily a 20 min. drive) and had the truck off the hill within an hour. Great guys and a great job. They definitely know what they are doing!
These guys helped us today when our truck struck tree deer on I-376 NB in Pennsylvania. They quoted us a very fair price for towing tractor - trailer and even though their driver had to wait for an hour for the PA state trooper to show up for the police report they didn't charge us more.
Very fast and professional service would recommend to anyone, much better to use them than a PA towing company.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’m travel nurse on my way to Pittsburgh when my Jeep struck a flat, and was luckily able to pull into a pilot gas station.
The lady on the phone was super helpful, and sent someone out to help within an hour. The guy who changed the tire had me on my way in 15 minutes tops, completely got me out of a jam.

Professional, knowledgeable, well equipped and honest. I work in the trucking industry and we frequently have a need for towing or emergency road service, Gobel’s Towing is easily our first choice.
We had a stack of trailers at their place that had brakes that were not operational. The fix we thought would be a $400-$500 fix. Turns out the mechanic was able to fix it in a relatively short amount of time without having to buy any parts or tear into the trailer much. They could have easily took advantage and billed us for the $500 but they were honest and good people that simply helped us out in a pinch. I know towing companies in general likely don't have the best of reputations but the guys and gals here are good and honest people in my book!
It should be written Gobel’s Towing&Robbery... My and friend of mine had a small issues on the road. They took our truck away in their yard and they asked for almost $2000. I’m highly advise you not to take their services. Few screws changed and 2000G... C’mon.. Don’t call them even if you’re dying...
People who work at this place are unprofessional and rude. Never call this towing service, if you want to see your vehicle again in normal condition. The workers are not careful and plus they charge a lot of money at the end, not telling you the real quote. They will hold your belongings till the end! People who work there are criminals!!!! Be careful!!!!!???
I was so grateful for Gobels, they generously drove all the way out and pick up my car. They drove it all the way to no where in Pennsylvania. They then picked up a truck I was trading it for and drove it all the way to my house. 0 problems or hassle. The price wasn’t outrageous, I thought it was fair for the miles and labor. Would 100% recommend Gobels for any of your towing or recovery needs.
I initially hired Gobels for 2 different load Recovery jobs. Nick was very professional and courteous. Ever since then I've been bringing my truck & trailer to their shop for maintenance. I highly recommend them
Gobles recovered my truck from a ditch, towed it 2 miles to their yard where it sat for 2 days and charged me $702.00. Bring the truck home to find the rear bumper dented and scratched all the way across from the cable rubing on it. They hooked it into the trailer hitch tube and just let the cable destroy the bumper. Then i called them and got nothing but attitude. For 700 it should be a perfect recovery! I wouldn’t call them if it was the last tow company on earth. I called 4 other company’s and they all said they have never seen a recovery cost that much on a regular vehicle, and they all said they have heard this about Gobels before.
