My brake light and turn signal on my passenger side went out went in, a younger man got me what I needed and even went out and changed them for me!! He was great!! My experience could not have gone better!!

Can't say enough about the top-notch people at the Canfield location. Not only were they able over the phone to verify that the part I needed was in stock. They also gave me a run down of local customer reviews and the prices on each brand. When I came in, they had it ready for me and even installed it for me. Even reminded me of a few other things I might need to consider to get ready for the incoming winter storm. This isn't the first time this team of professionals came to my rescue! I really depend on them!!
While getting off the Ohio turnpike my serpentine belt broke, and I was stuck at the near by gas station. After calling around I contacted the O'Reilly's down the road and spoke with the manager, Sam.
She not only found us the right part, but helped us by putting it on.... during a thunderstorm.The world is a better place because of people like Sam.
My son had to get a new battery. The employee went out to his car and tested it. Put in a new one and then tested it again. He was very very helpful!!!!

Very well satisfied with O'Reilly Auto Parts in Canfield. If they don't have a part they will track it down till they find it. And I have a 2009 Chevy HHR-SS which Parts are very hard to get for this car.

Had a disrespectful young man named Jesse wait on me. He chose to insult my son who previously worked at that location. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I will take my business to the location on Market Street in Boardman.
most employees don't really seem to know what they are talking about so I wouldn't go here if you have something wrong with your car and you don't know what it is, but they have good merchandise to buy.
Always have what I need and the Staff (especially the young man, Tyler I think is his name) are very helpful and ready & willing to help You find the right part(s)! I've seen their staff assist customers with installation of various items in the parking lot!
And as a bonus, they give military discounts!! 5 Star bonus in my book!
great parts..great counter help..carry most everything your car or truck needs..if not they can order in the same day provided it's b4 10am..or get your part the next day..depending on time of day
Great place and decent prices! When I need parts or have any questions my main guy is Jared! He’s very knowledgeable and easy going. I don’t know much about what I need when I walk into these kind of places but he makes it so easy for me. Keep up the great customer service!
Rude workers! I'll just stick to the local small business auto parts store in canfield (past the green on 224). They have actually changed my wiper n helped me diagnose a problem I was having😊
