They came out to where I was within 10 min and the gentleman jumped my car and I was never so happy seeing is how I had sat there at best buy for 5 hrs cos Kia was suppose to send a truck...well I will be calling Boardman towing from now on if i ever have a problem and recommending them to everyone..they are awesome...

Justin, who came to assist with my wife's broken down vehicle, went above and beyond to assist with this issue. He even saved me a tow, was able to jumpstart the vehicle, and followed me to a nearby shop.

Straight criminal what they do. They have a contract with the Boardman Police Department. my son was in an accident on Saturday night, and while he was on the phone with AAA the officer told him he to hang up that he had to use their guys. Their guys meaning Borman towing. They refused to tow the car to my house, and by the time I can pick my car up on Monday and incurred close to $1000 and fines and fees. Yes I was going to scrap the car but my scrap guy would’ve gave me $500 now I owe them money because they wouldn’t tow it to my house thieves, criminals all cahoots with the police department. There should be laws against these things. I will never recommend nor use boardman towing. when I brought up how I felt to the owner, he was quick to say well if you’re gonna be that way… Anyway, that’s my advice
Boardman Towing made the horrible experience of my daughters accident so much better. They were extremely polite, reassuring to my daughter and very protective of us as the car owner. They kept us up to date of the lack of effort by the insurance company. I would highly recommend Chris and his staff!
I personally did not have a car towed. But a friend of mine did. The young man that assisted us in allowing her to get some things out of her car was very considerate and kind. He showed compassion and empathy for her injury and couldn't have been nicer.
These guys came out at 1030PM on a weeknight when I was in an accident. They were professional as can be and they worked efficiently. Their attitude was light hearted and that really helped calm me down. I'm the kind of person that can be relaxed by making a few small jokes when things are tense. That made all the difference to me. They were just as nice the next morning when I went to get stuff out of my vehicle at their shop. I would call them if I needed something!
They were great!! Really went above and beyond! They tried to help start my bike and when that didn’t work cause it was the starter, they were amazing on towing it to my house. It’s already not a good day when you need a tow, but it’s a relief when you can call the best company to help! Would recommend to anyone!!
Amazing people! After waiting three hours for a AAA tow, we called these guys. They answered promptly, gave us a wonderful explanation, and then showed up within 15-20 minutes. I didn’t catch the name of the man who helped us, but he’s my new hero. I will definitely be calling this company for any and all car needs from here on out
A very good establishment. My insurance claims got messy and this business could’ve hung me out to dry. They were very helpful and courteous all the time that they had possession of my wrecked car. Definitely 5 stars

So fast forward to
Noon.
I called back to speak to somebody to express my gratitude and thankfulness for them helping me put out a fire in Youngstown
it just so happens that I had the pleasure of chatting with Chris the owner.
I thanked them for a long-distance parent
I thanked them for having a policy in place to take a credit card payment over the phone.
and I thank him for having a Winsome and can do staff that was willing to go above and beyond on a Tuesday morning.
As a Michigan man I can truly give a ringing endorsement to the level of service that my family and Son received today.

Over charge, totally think they take advantage of insurance companies. Consumer has a right to have their vehicle towed where they want after an accident without being over charged for a service.
Gf got into a unfortunate accident, they were so accomidating, great people, great company. Will refer everyone I can do them. Used once for the company I work for too and they were great then too even though I gave the driver bad directions to the repair shop. Thanks Guys.

Can't say enough good about Boardman Towing and Lee who stepped in when AAA left my 70year old mom and cousin stranded 166miles from home. He helped devise a plan to meet them in a safe place, was timely, and fee was reasonable. VERY courteous and provided superior, EXCELLENT service. Thank you for all you did to get them home safely!!

Incredibly helpful in aiding with the recovery and storing my girlfriends vehicle after an accident. We were traveling out of the country the following day and they were more than accommodating following the accident.
They went over and above to help us when our daughter's car broke down on 680. We bought the car the day before and the dealer said we had to pay to get the car towed. They handled it and we weren't charged. The receptionist (I don't remember her name) repeatedly called me to verify the details and took control. We were travelling back to North Carolina and were quite anxious. They eased our worries and made sure all was handled. So professional, courteous and definitely customer oriented. I would recommend Boardman Towing to everyone in Mahoning County!!
