Really helpful and just generally nice staff, Scott Mckenry (i probably butchered the last name) did a great job helping me replace a burnt out turn signal light. I really appreciated the service!
I stopped in to have my check engine light checked and the team member helping me provided me with a complete print out of what codes were being shown and was able to make a solid recommendation on what could be done to fix the problem. He even took the time to show me how I could find a reputable shop to service my vehicle via the O'Reilly website.
I stopped in Dec 4th to replace a headlight bulb and needed new windshield wipers blades. Totally clueless as of what to get. I was met at the counter by a employee named Devin. He was very kind & helpful, he got both items that i needed. After the transaction was made, I asked, if he was able to help me out.., and install them for me, And that he did!!!

Just visited. I want to give the guy at the counter 5 stars for the patience he must have, dealing with a compqny who left him at the store alone. I've worked retail, and these companies are all the same. Pay attention to the bottom line, and workers be damned. NO ONE should be subject to this !
It was my first time at O,Reilly auto parts customer was excellent. Mark took my order and got me everything I needed. I'll definitely go back if I need anything. Mark knows what he doing.
I have had issues with my bmw’s charging system for over a week now. I coasted my car in as all systems shut down. Jay at the counter help me diagnose the issue. A bmw alternator is $700+ but they mentioned replacing the regulator first. I was not able to wrench on it right away. They could have easily told me to get my car out of their lot. Instead they said not a problem at all. 4 days later I came back and the dark haired manager with glasses offered his help/any tools I may need to fix my car. Super helpful. Customer service people can easily alter one’s day. I’m very thankful for these guys. You have won my business from here on out. Thank you.
My son came up for a visit and his car battery had 4 years of wear and tear.

Kudos to the team at the Austintown store! I needed a new headlight bulb and new wipers. Wipers were an easy replace. Headlight bulb was another story. Thanks to the vehicle engineers, there was no way to access the bulb from under the hood. That didn’t stop Scott. He looked it up online and figured out he could access the bulb through the wheel well. While only 1 hand could fit through the small opening, somehow Scott was able to replace the headlight bulb without issue! I commend Scott and his team for their amazing customer service efforts and have already told my friends and family to visit this site for all of their automotive parts and service needs!
Newer to the area O'Reilly's has changed my mind when it comes to the box store auto parts spots. No matter when I've gone in there the staff is professional, knowledgeable, and motivated to help me. Motivated is most important. Some places u go to it seems u are bugging them from something more important.
Bought some expensive silver headlights for my Traverse and one of em burnt out in 9 months. They replaced it quick and easy. No fuss. Great place!!

I was on vacation visiting a friend. I stopped in here and met a sweet and caring gentleman named Preston. He was very attentive to my needs and has a great personality. Even if I don’t need a oil change before I leave, I’m coming back to see him. I was having such a bad day and he made it so much better.
great employees and reasonable prices. i had to have my codes read in my 2009 f150 and preston was accommodating. helped me read my codes and recommend a fix. would recommend this place for friendly workers such as him
Came here after having a terrible customer service experience at another parts store. The staff was professional and answered all of my questions; I was even offered a cup of coffee while they installed my battery. I apologized to the staff member who waited on me because it was pouring rain when he went out to service my vehicle. He had the best attitude...told me it was no problem at all, that he's used to helping people when it's freezing cold and snowing. I would highly recommend this store.
The service was great. I was in to get my battery tested because the terminals were corroded, and after cleaning on my was still having sluggish starts. My battery turned out to be bad, and was actually ruptured. O'Reilly replaced and installed the battery for me.
