As long time customer through my work providing engines and transmissions to my customers all over the country, I deal with Zoom on a near daily basis. Their customer service is excpetional, and they provide my customers with quality used parts at a reasonable price. Any warranty issues have always been handled promptly and couresteously, no hassle or push back. I highly recommend using Zoom for their extensive inventory and knowledgable and helpful staff.
I do NOT recommend purchasing ANY parts from this location. Not only did they sell us a bad engine but they refused to give any kind of monetary or credit towards resolving the issue, even though we were within our warranty period and we even picked it up when we bought it. Be careful! Head to bessler if you want reliable parts. There’s a reason they only have one location. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs.
