Needed a new battery for my Silverado. Chris and Donald at the Oregon location were both a great help. Checked alternator to make sure it was working correctly, installed the new battery and tested it. Great experience will definitely be going back for my other vehicles.

Experience was not good. Battery's are garbage (powerpak). Go somewhere with a name brand. They didn't give me the right for my vehicle, which made me chase a problem that wasn't even there. Not enough CCA that my vehicle required. Thought I had a draw that was draining battery. Took back 1st battery gave me new , that one went bad then second one same thing. But this time wouldn't refund me. Said it was my vehicle. But if they would of gave me right battery would of been fine. So when somewhere else got the rt battery and no problems. Spend money on a battery, dont go cheap. And that is all they sell there. Let alone guys that dont know what they r doing. They didn't want to take care of there customer. Would give it zero stars if I could. Will never go back

When I arrived the guys working were so friendly and gave me so much information with what they were doing and testing and looking at. I truly appreciate them!

Came in for a new battery after my original 2018 Equinox battery refused to start this morning - they verified the battery had breathed its last breath, had a new replacement in stock, installed it for free, recycled the old one, and I was out the door within 20 minutes. Friendly, full explanations, and very professional. Great experience and a good way to start the New Year!

I didn't even know what an auxiliary battery was, but cars of 2017 and after with start stop have them. Like always, when I have a battery issue, I take it to this location. The kind gentlemen there figured it out. They practically had to take the car apart to get to the battery, but they did it and they had the right battery! For $140 it was done and works perfectly. If I had taken that to the dealer it would have been a $500 or more charge. Thank you, Battery Wholesale!
Not going to lie, I was freaking out a little bit when I brought my car in for the battery to be checked out. Thankfully the guys there knew what they were doing and explained it all to me every step of the way so I understood what was going on. A few hours of charge later, and I'm back on the road safely. I cannot thank y'all enough.
We were in town for the Thanksgiving holiday from St Louis. Thanksgiving night our Jeep decided it was not ready for the 20° weather and went on strike. We got a jump start and went to our rental home for the weekend. The next day, Friday, still needed another jump. We needed.to find someone that would install a new battery since we did not have tools with us. Wal Mart couldn't get us in until Saturday then found out the battery was located under the passenger seat and they would not touch it. I called Auto Zone and they could not touch it bc of the location of the battery. They referred me to Battery Wholesale. I called and explained the situation and the location of the battery. They gave me a few options that they had in stock and said they would absolutely install it. We went and I brought my quilting with me bc we figured it would be a few hours before we could get it seen. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Quicker than a drive through oil change. It was pricier than the other 2 places because they carry the OEM part, but for the quick and amazing service, we were happy to pay! If they ever plan on expanding, please consider St Louis!!
Unfortunately, I found that my Jeep's battery was dying once the cold weather hit, so I thought I would stop in at Battery Wholesale on Woodville road to have them check it out. Chris and Jacob provided exceptional service while I was there. Chris identified that while my battery was "still OK" for awhile, his recommended action was to get it replaced in the coming weeks. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase a new battery, and he didn't push extra add-ons like many other places tend to do now. It was a quick and simple transaction and i was out the door from start to finish within 10-15 minutes. Even though Battery Wholesale has been at this location for many years, this was my first time stopping by and I left very pleased with the experience. Chris even replaced a few plastic couplers that had broken on my hood's seal which left it hanging from one end. He didnt need to do that, nor did I ask, but he did it anyway which was pretty awesome! 10/10. I would recommend anyone needing a battery replacement to check them out! Thanks guys!
Absolutely horrible place to do business with! I called them and asked him if they bought golf cart battery cores. Man replied Yes, We pay $10 a piece for them. The next day I loaded up six batteries and drove there on my lunch break. When I arrived, they told me they did not buy batteries and certainly not for $10. When I asked why someone would tell me that, he replied he has no room to buy batteries right now, but would give me $3 for them, maybe. When I asked again why someone would say that over the phone, he said no one said that. I asked him if he was calling me a liar? Then he said, he has worked here for 20 years and that nobody has ever said that. Then changed his mind again and said, unless it was a different guy on Wednesday! After all that, he then told me to go see Jon at Batteryland because that's who I actually called! I didn't call Jon at Batteryland, but I have known Jon since he did work at Battery Wholesale. I was an ASE Certified Mechanic for nearly 25 years. Never, have I seen such unprofessionalism. I wouldn't let these guys put batteries in a flashlight!
The batteries on my CyberPower UPS died and I thought I would only be able to get these replaced from a vendor on the internet. However, Battery Wholesale had exactly what I needed and I was up and running the same day the batteries died. I had great service and would recommend them.
I woke up to a dead 2018 Chevy Traverse- Called AAA to jump start the car. I drove directly to the Oregon location, less than 30 mins later drove out with a new battery/warranty in my car.
The 2 gentleman whom worked on my car could not have been more professional. The original battery put up a good fight coming out, the duo worked effortlessly to make sure that the vehicle was in working condition.

I got lucky and they happened to have a used battery that fit my car! They installed it for free too! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and less than $60! I have a couple more vehicles that need some TLC, so I'll be back soon! Thanks a million, fellas!
The manager Don was not helpful and rude and left me without a vehicle for 2 days having to miss work first doesnt want to take out battery because its in a difficult spot so i take it out to have it replaced since under warranty this isnt the first issue i have had with this battery this is atleast the third time. I will never shop there again and will let everyone know about this places

I've been dealing with these guys for year's. I have never had a complaint, always got great service and best of all good prices on batteries. They carry just about any battery you need not just car batteries. Most of my purchases have been car batteries.
Donnie and his coworker (I didn't get his name but he did the work) are amazing! I got right in after calling them about my Dodge journey needing a battery! 2 places before them said nope! We had good laughs and was talking and joking the whole time! I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else but here for any other batteries I may need!
Not able to change a battery in a 2009 VW beetle. After putting in the first one. Took in on warranty. Walmart could not do either after dropping off and waiting. YouTube shows you how fellas.
ROB & DAVE were very helpful and got me taken care of quickly. I was literally in and out within 15 mins. They replaced my old battery ( 7 yr old, it was a 5 yr warranty battery that I had bought from them 7 yrs ago,....got my money worth I guess.)

Can’t say enough about the employees there, they were helpful and friendly. They got me fixed up with the right battery for my solar set up on my camper. But DANG, the temperature today was 95 and there was no air conditioning in the store. The employees had no ventilation and were in direct sunlight, it had to be over 100 in that building. That’s how dogs die in cars. WTH???
This is an awesome place for your Car and Marine Battery needs! Prices are cheap and they aren’t trying to make a quick dollar. I had to buy new battery cables for my boat and for 4 wires I paid about the same price for 1 at Autozone just saved over $100!!!!! Highly recommended!!!
I got there a bit before it closed and the guy there helped me out. I was so thankful for his help he switched my old battery in with a new one in no time. I couldn't thank the guy enough. I was very happy with my experience there, I'll be going back the next time I need a new battery, also suggesting this place to my friends.
They offer warranties on their car batteries! If you have to come back for a new car battery, and the old car battery you bought from them didn't reach it's warranty life expectancy, then they will give you the credit difference. So worth it!!! Note: Anyone that's ever had an alternator go bad, then had to get a battery right after that will totally understand.
