If you’re ever in need of help, this is the place to go! Julianna (Wolf) truly went above and beyond when my mom’s battery died in the Giant Eagle parking lot. She didn’t hesitate for a second — she made sure her store was taken care of, then rushed across the entire shopping center to help us and get the battery charged. Her determination, professionalism, and kindness really stood out. On top of that, her knowledge is incredible — she clearly knows her stuff! You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. AutoZone, you definitely have a star employee in her. She absolutely deserves a raise! As a previous O’Reilly’s employee, 10/10 experience here — I’ll be looking for her every time I visit this store. Thank you again, Wolf!

I needed to replace the battery in my car fobs and if you buy the batteries there, they will replace them, which they did. It is very helpful for me, being 72. Nice and quick experience .

A grateful shout out to Wolf for assisting us yesterday. Her recommendation saved us from a potentially expensive repair. We had stopped in for some essentials, and the check engine light came on while we were there. She ran the diagnostic, which pointed to the fuel injector assembly. She then recommended a fuel system cleaner, which did the trick and kept us from having to replace the part. In addition, she was a delight to deal with. Much gratitude and appreciation!

I came here because my check engine light was on the kid just got done checking somebody else's car when he went to mine he forgot to turn my key to the on position before he put the onboard diagnostic machine on my car ? so when we went into the store my car would not show up It said it couldn't find it so he told me to go to a competitor's store and have them try. I directly went to another AutoZone and that guy got it right

I entered the store and was not greeted , walked every aisle of the store did not find what I needed an older gentleman kindly helped me find coil strut spacers to restore my ride height. I continued shopping and when i walked to the register to bill out the man did not take my rewards number and then gave me a sour attitude when i asked about it. When i told him to just put it on their and he scoffed and forced my change into my hand i was very upset and called him a name ive easily spent 6 thousand dollars here this year in 2024 and from 2016- today have easily spent over $20,000 at this establishment there are certain ways your employees should hold themselves infront of customers and that employee did a terrible job

Autozone in Sheffield off Detroit rd. The guy was very rude, didn’t help find what I was needing told me to go to downtown Elyria store, cussing in the store in front of customers multiple customers walked out, didn’t take my number for my rewards or give me a receipt…. Very bad customer service all around.

Another Thursday night and at the last minute I needed to go to Auto Zone in Sheffield Village, Ohio. Last week I was at Elyria Auto Zone for a new battery on my van. This week a new headlight for my wife car. Thanks to Brian at Auto Zone he replaced the bulb. Thanks again.

Clarence was extremely helpful to me by going out of his way to install a new headlight bulb in my Jeep. He did it with professionalism and a great attitude for a problem that wasn't his, but he took it on willingly. I found out he is a new hire at Auto Zone, I wish him the best!..... Update, went again a few months later, and had another great experience!

The people that work there are very helpful .. if you buy your windshield wiper blades there they'll throw them on your car for free.

I was having some issues getting my headlight in, John assisted me & installed my headlights & brights with ease. It was certainly a difficult angle trying to get my headlights back in. John was extremely kind, helpful & jumped in to assist with no hesitation. I definitely recommend this location!

I went today to get a check engine scan and a lot of the time ill ho in abd yhey scan it and just hand me a paper saying this and this but dont know what it means but today i went in and whever the people wirking there were were awesome. They explained everything to me abd what it meant and how it connested to other things that may be wrong. They told me exactly what to look for and how to fix it. They did an awesome job and i really appreciated the help

They seem to be trained well. I think they're the best ones around . Keep track of rewards points on my account at the register.By the way, the young women behind the counter knew where everything was located and I was in and out within 15 minutes.

I went into the Sheffield Village location on 10/18/19 to get a part for my car and I was informed that it will get to the store in 24 hours if ordered before 9p.m. So here is my issue they updated their system and an error code that no store knew what it meant not even their SMS tech support. No one knew what to do with the error of ymm or dash meant. Frustrating that I spent 40 minutes in a part store just to find out that there is nothing can be done. They gave me the district managers phone number called him that day and go figure he doesn't answer his or her phone, so I left a detailed voicemail. Do you think I got a phone call back? NOPE!!! Then I reached out online to contact the store and I received an email stating that this is being moved to give to the regional manager and I should receive a phone call from them. I have not been reached out to in regards to how mad and frustrated I am about this issue. If I wanted to wait for my part I would of done it in the comfort of my home and had it delivered to my house. Plus being told it would be here in 24 hours and being told that there is nothing they can do is so frustrating and yep nothing will be done because no one is reaching out to me. Maybe I will start using someone else to get my parts. I thought keeping it local since it is in the city I live in would be more helpful but not like this. Hopefully someone will reach out and discuss with me how to get this resolved but I won't hold my breath.

These guys saved my life! Engine was stalling on a Sunday while I was hours from home. They found me a local mechanic to change a part and got me on the road within an hour. Great experience!

We went last night looking for a battery .Jonathan came out checked the battery for us and said its wasn't the battery we needed.it turned out that we need a fuel pump.Jonathan was so kind and very honest with us even gave us a card for a reputable mechanic.Jonathan ROCK!!! I'll b going to ur auto zone more often and we live in Cleveland.but it'll worth the drive?

VERY NICE AUTOPARTS STORE. Always helpful. The older employees are more helpful but the young guys are trying. I have an F150. The best selling truck in America. However they are often out of stock of common parts. I wish auto zone could store info in computer of my vehicle. Even the license bureau stores vehicles in computer. So every time I stop in they will ask year, make, model, if 4x4, engine size etc. Then tomorrow they will ask me again. Update. Today needed sway bar links for an F150. They don't stock part. For America's #1 selling truck.
