Fantastic people, had to get a new catalytic converter, needed some follow up and they took care of it right away. My wife even left personal items that were untouched.
Truck 30 almost ran me off the road on highway 20 because he refused to merge into the right lane where the left lane ends and stayed at the same speed I was going right beside my car. There was no space for him there there were other cars. Its incredibly ironic that the back window of the truck says slow down and move over. I've never used this tow truck company and never will
I had such a great experience here! The team was professional, friendly, and really took the time to explain what was wrong with my car. They fixed it quickly and at a fair price, and now it’s running better than ever. Sold me a lemon! Took the rest of my money I had to get a car, told them it was gonna be a family car. Had the car for a couple days and it stalled out on me. Then 2 months after that the whole frame came apart leaving me with no vehicle. Could have killed me and my kids. When I called they tried to say it’s sold as is and it’s not their problem. So unprofessional, do not trust these people. Idk how they have such good reviews but they are not trust worthy. !
Charged excessively and laughed at me for arguing about a $720 impound fee. They think its funny that i asked for help to pay their insane fees as well as them damaging my vehicle. This is a police impound lot do not support this business that preys on unfortunate people.
I appreciated the professional service from John when my tire was flat. I was given quote for service over the phone. In no time the tow truck showed up to help me. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.
There are things that happen that make the providence of God so apparent. Limitless Towing was part of that. My family and I were driving from MI to VA. My mom just passed away a week before and I was a frazzled mess, having not slept much in almost two weeks. My engine light started flashing while driving on the turnpike and my van was driving abnormally. I got off the road, not knowing if my van was shuddering or if I was shaking from all the caffeine I had and my completely shot nerves. We saw Limitless appear in the dark like a mirage in the desert and pulled in 30 min before closing. The employees were such a God-send. They scanned my van, found the problem and had it fixed after staying open a little longer to get it done. What could have been a weekend-long endeavor was instead, a quick stop. Thank you, Limitless for getting us back on the road so quickly.
Came in super clutch for me tire fell off in the middle of broad street in Elyria they came and towed me around the corner for next to nothing. Extremely careful to not cause any further damage to my car. I’d put 20 stars if I could can’t thank them enough!

Dustin T was my tow truck guy. He was supremely polite, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this tow company, they answered the phone immediately and my car was in my driveway within 90 minutes! Yay!! They deserve every ⭐️. THANK YOU for making a hard situation much easier.
I woke up to head to work this morning and my car wouldn’t turn over. Called Limitless and Dustin T was over within 15 minutes. He was a great guy to talk to and through our conversation you could tell he was extremely knowledgeable about not only what it was he was doing but automotives in general. It definitely helped establish that trust that my vehicle was in the right hands. I appreciate everything Dustin T and Limitless did for me today. I would highly recommend using their services.
Dustin T was awesome! I locked my keys out of my car in the pouring rain and he came very quickly and was super fast with it. Very nice guy and let me sit in the truck out of the rain lol. I feel glad to have had him servicing me! Not everyone would be so nice having to go out in the pouring rain like that! !!

Dustin t moved our 38 foot 5th wheel camper and did absolutely amazing… he was so kind and helped us when we needed help with our jacks. We would definitely recommend this place and definitely recommend him personally and it was very reasonably priced!!!
My daughter had locked her keys in her car when she and my grandkids went to a birthday party at D & R Playland. Limitless Towing came to the rescue. Eric responded promptly, was friendly, and put them at ease. Within minutes, he had the door open and they were able to be on their way. These guys are freaking awesome. Eric made it out to me in 30 mins, and was excellent in taking care of my vehicle. The first thing he did before towing it was try to fix the reason why it wouldn't start. He towed my car to its destination AND filled out a report for the place he left the vehicle so they'd know why my car was there. If you need good service, hit these guys up.
I called Limitless Towing when I got a flat tire and didn’t have a spare. They were great to work with! Very kind, answered all my questions, and sent pictures when they got my car to the garage. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and thank you to Eric for your great work!

They are really great and genuinely care about your vehicle and satisfaction. Our Yukon was stuck in our garage, unable to start or put into Neutral. GM roadside assistance assigned them to tow our vehicle and I’m glad they did because they did an amazing job. Dustin was the tow truck driver and communicated exactly what he would have to do to get it out safely and quickly. It took a lot of back and forth and small movements to not only get it out safely but without ruining our grass and landscaping. It was almost surgical how he did it. We are extremely happy with Limitless Towing
We had limitless come out to get cars on two different occasions, Tj and Dustin T. Made it so quick and easy each time! They worked fast and knew what they were doing! Highly recommend this company if you’re looking to have a vehicle towed or removed! They took all the stress out of it and made it a positive experience each time!

Today (9/30/23) I have the pleasure of getting a tow from Dustin T. I cannot thank limitless towing and specifically Dustin enough for helping me with getting my car to my requested drop off point which was over an hour away from the pickup spot. I think the people at limitless truly understand that when their customers are requiring a tow that the customer likely has had one of the worst days they have had in a long time or even ever as car issues requiring a tow can be draining, frustrating and sometimes even scary. Today I had one of my worst days in a while and required a tow. Limitless honestly was not my first choice when it came to finding a tow company, but as I called other providers, everyone was either not available for me or incredibly expensive. I finally tried limitless’s number and everyone I talked to was incredibly nice, they relayed the time they could get to me (and arrive right on time) and had one of the best prices compared to other companies.
When Dustin T arrived - he quickly got my car loaded up and honestly cheered me up as I think he could tell me day was not as I planned it to be. He got me to my destination in great time and got me unloaded incredibly quick that even the mechanic at the garage said “oh this guy knows what he’s doing” -

best towing experience ever. i have a 9 year old pickup with over 300,000 miles. eric towed the truck and I 75 miles and even gave me a ride home after we left the truck at the mechanics shop. he went way above and beyond! highly recommend this company!
Great company. They go above and beyond and I highly recommend. Probably best tow company I’ve ever used and that’s saying ALOT. They towed a dump I bought from Akron to oberlin that wasn’t running and was locked up. I didn’t have to touch a thing.
I totaled my car and they were there within 6-10 minutes. All of the employees are awesome , I had Kyle and he was super helpful and very nice . I would recommend them to anyone . I owe them a lot for what they did for me .
