Very unpleasant and rude! Couldn't even give me a guesstimate of when they could pick up vehicle I was told they'll call when close. Either answer or they'll move on.

Read ALL the rules before you buy...and CHECK out the car. If you do that ..Its all good. You have to fix them...some of them alot more than others,all salvage non plate-able cars until fixed.
