I strongly recommend exercising caution before doing business here. I had a very disappointing experience after purchasing a vehicle (“White Light”) under the Auction Guarantee. Unfortunately, the engine failed less than 30 miles after purchase. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, I received no return calls. When I finally got through, I was told that I had called too late—despite the fact that my initial call was made at exactly 5:00 PM while stranded on the side of the highway, two hours from home.
The lack of support and communication was extremely frustrating. I sincerely hope future customers, especially other small business owners, are treated with more consideration and professionalism.
Always a good experience. Everyone gets to know your name and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is good and is free ( tips welcome ) definitely a plus. Never know what kind of cars and trucks they'll have so it's like Christmas every time 😁
Good solid Auto auction with friendly hard working staff and auctions every Friday for dealers only. Always have free food for everyone who attends the auction catered.
I've been going to LCAA for quite a long time. It's a good place to go for vehicle sourcing. Alot of new car stores run their cars through here and some area independent dealerships. The new owner Brad is friendly and inviting. Would recommend anyone starting out or current a licensed Ohio dealer to check out LCAA for vehicle procurement needs.
