Jonathan oh Jonathan!! Sweet as ever and will help you in a heartbeat. I didn't know how to put my headlight in and Jonathan helped me while multitasking helping another customer with her wipers,raise!! Jonathan is a wonderful worker and if he was my employee I'd definitely give him a raise, his passion to help others is amazing. Thanks Jonathan!!!

My wife had to buy a battery from this location today, Dec 23 2023 and said the man was just watching her struggle and laughing as she was failing to carry around a car battery through the store. Auto zone would have helped her. That's where we will take our business from now on.

Needed a Holley part that I would usually get from Jegs. It's a small piece of rubber and a spring that Jegs wanted $14 to ship. O'Reilly had it delivered to store in 1 day for $1 less than Jegs and no shipping. Younger (22?) guy at register with a patriotic hat on was very polite and I wanted to call that out. He helped with some battery terminals that I also needed. Good job.

Very helpful finding what you need. Or they look it up to make sure you have correct items. I placed a order for a dip stick tube to be ordered into the store. It arrived the same day. I bought new windshield wipers & the sales person put them on my car to help out. Excellent service!

I just wanted to write in regards to my experience with the Newark OH location and the associate Ashley who helped me. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ashley on 3/26 and 3/29. I was attempting what should have been a routine brake repair that ended up giving me loads of problems and challenges. Initially Ashley was very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable when ordering my pads and rotors. I ran into a series of different, and uncommon problems. Three days later I returned frustrated, annoyed ,and on the verge of having a terrible day. I needed to get some additional parts and hopefully some much needed advice. Again it was Ashley that helped me. Ashley answered all my questions, she went above and beyond to discover what problems I was having and helped me get the correct parts and tools for the repair. Ashley went as far as to tell me exactly what the problem was, what parts I needed to get, and most importantly she took the time out of her busy day to show me exactly what to do with everything she had sold me. This same day I had been to two other competitors, the employees there acted too busy, completely unconcerned and offered no help. Ashley not only took the time to find out my real problem, she gave me some much needed advice and did it all with a smile. Both times I came in she was busy and had other customers to help but she still took the time to provide an outstanding customer experience! I have been a manager in the financial services industry for more than 16 years. Customer service is paramount in my industry, just as it is in yours. It creates repeat business, customer loyalty, and sets us apart from the competition. I very rarely leave any kind of reviews either positive or negative. My customer experience with O’Reilly’s and Ashley was so outstanding that I felt it necessary to share.

They always seem to have the parts we need, and their prices are reasonable as well. I'm not sure about the delivery thing, that will have to be checked on. But the guys in there are really nice and they seem to know what they're talking about.

We were better than 600 miles from home when my truck sprung a leak. I limped it to O'Reilly's were they helped me out and shared good advice. Thank you O'Reilly Girl and Guy for the help.

Well counter guys seemed a little slow or maybe gay , but I ain't hating got parts I needed and or ordered them despite trying to up sale me for next day delivery I stood my ground with the half of the cost over a week to get on order. Worth the savings of coarse, plus this price match guarantee can't be beat O o o O'Reilly's

Shopped here three times total. 2 of the 3 times they gave me the wrong part when it could have easily been avoided. The 3rd time I was hurriedly given some overpriced "quick fix" that was a waste of time and $. I live 20 minutes away, so getting the wrong part is VERY frustrating. All three of these were human error - no fault of the franchise other than hiring young and dumb. If I had to buy here again I would call AutoZone first to get the RIGHT part number ... at least they ask questions and check with a computer before handing you a part and sending you on the way. But from here on it's just easier hitting a different store.

One of my least favorite auto stores to go to. Always slow and when you go in employees with answer the phones first before helping people standing in line. Standing here in line now and he stops mid helping me to fully service a phone call. Ive worked in auto parts stores. This is not how you efficiently function.

I like O'Reilly's, never had a problem with parts quality, warranty issues, or returns in general. My only complaint is they have 1 store servicing 7 communities and I have to drive 40 mins to the opposite side of town to shop there.

They have a much better selection than any of their competitors and the staff is fairly decent. My top choice of auto stores to shop at.

Terrible customer service. No friendly greeting or even response when I started talking to the gem working behind the counter on 1-24-2017 around 5 PM. He was even nice enough to walk away from the counter and start back in to a conversation with a customer that was walking out. Once he did come to ring me out a minute or two later, his attitude wasn't any better. Maybe it was that I was wearing a tie, but I needed to get oil for my car while in town on business. I know it is not a reliable place to stop when out of town, but unfortunately this experience has made sure that the O'Reilly's near my house won't receive my business either. I'll stick with Advance Auto and AutoZone since they seem to understand that customers are the ones that pay the bills.

Most excellent auto parts store..When my old..Auto zone..Wouldn't come out in a snow storm to look and my wipers..I went straight to o Reilly's..They came ..Not only outside in the snow..He fixed it free of charge! 🏁☮💯

Went there a few time and usually helpful, but one time I went there and guy asked if I need help finding anything and I told him the exact name and everything of tire spray I needed. There might have been an ad as well but he was pointing and stuff that was obviously not it. Maybe new guy at the time? Probably. I usually only go there for free with rebate items. Most guys there are helpful. This was back when magic tire shine was free with rebate.

Very Poor customer service. We had our brakes go completely out and they gave us all the wrong parts because they clearly didn't know how to do their job. We got home and tore it all apart being our only vehicle finding out that they gave us all the wrong parts we couldn't get our old parts back on due to the calipers being completely split in half and we call they refused to bring us the right parts now we are stranded with 4 kids and no family closer than 11/2 hrs away and when we asked for district managers number the young a**hole refused to give me the number and told me to look it up myself because he wasn't giving it to me and I asked for it again and he just straight hung up on me. We have been using o'reillys for about 6 years and we will NEVER return to that he** hole! We will take our business somewhere else even if we have to spend more money. I called corporate and complained and they basically said they cannot do anything for me but they can pass on the complaint to the DM.So we are still stranded and they don't care. Wish I would have known this before we spent thousands of dollars with them. PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A STORE AND EMPLOYEES AND CORPORATE! I would advice no one to go here pay the extra $20 and get real customer service somewhere else and better parts. We have to replace the brakes from there every 6 months, their parts are junk! Every part we have ever bought broke and had to be replaced within a matter of a few months!
