I needed help replacing a head lite from the minute I entered the store customer service was amazing. Everyone was helpful and my new friend LUKE sold me my lite and was able to replace my lite for me with some advice from another gentleman. He even added my washer fluid for me. I couldn't have been more pleased with all the help I received from LUKE and the team members at Auto Zone. Thank u and please everyone support them I know I will. Sue1

Came here with a friend for a plug kit. John was so helpful he came out frozen with us just to help us plug our tire! Top tire service!

I would like to thank Josh for helping me today. He tested my battery, starter, and alternator. He was polite and respectful. I tried to slip him a couple bucks and he politely refused. AutoZone is lucky to have him.

Had to replace a battery I bought in the Kingston New York branch. Store manager was awesome. And he's always there except Wednesdays wonderful man and I said to his company.

VERY knowledgeable staff, clean\ well-lit store, fully stocked and a Much better feel then those other guys right across the street!

This is like a super AutoZone. Huge store with all kinds of stuff. I called 5 stores to get some bulk 11/32 vacuum line which everybody seemed to act like it was moonstone. I called them they checked they had it drove all the way there and they had it ready. Can't beat them really good prices have very good selection of a lot of different stuff.

I was having trouble getting some plastic retaining clips fastened on an air filter shroud and the store manager John, came out in the cold rain and helped me get them fastened. Great customer service and I will be a repeat customer. Thanks John!

Josh and Fred were very helpful! I needed new windshield wiper blades before my 2 hour trip the next day. Josh took my call and looked up what I needed, verifying they had the parts in stock. When I arrived, he offered recommendations on different brands and was very knowledgeable. Even though it was raining steadily, he offered to put them on for me. Fred also helped out when one of my old blades came apart, and he had to try a few different tools to remove the stuck piece. Before I left, they made sure the new blades were working properly. Couldn't ask for better customer service right here in Johnstown!

Employee was less than helpful. When asked if he could help me find the oil filter numbers for my two trucks. He gave no response just looked at the computer and after a pause said “well I need the make and model” in a condescending tone. No name tag, do not recommend this location if you actually need help.

My husband shops here all the time, I've only had to come in twice, but both times, each employee treated me very well. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name who helped me this evening. He helped me find and install a wiper blade, just a small task, but I didnt even have to ask. He just followed me out and got it done. He also gave me some very valuable tips and advice about the new car that needed the wiper blade ( things I was not aware of concerning my car's warranty.) It knocked my stress level down from a l0 to a 2. Lol. Great people working here! Would recommend and will be back for anything I need in the future.

Came in to make some returns without receipt for some parts I didn't use as well as picking up new ones. The staff was extremely patient and helpful with everything.

Always great staff, always very helpful.*requested edit 2-15-23* went in to exchange a blinker bulb that was the wrong type. Quick & easy. I wish the rest of the world was so smooth!

After waiting 45 minutes to get my battery swapped out (they tested it, and they were pretty busy-no worries) I was told that I would need to go to mechanic because my battery was “special” and they weren’t able to replace it. I drove across the street to OReillys and it was replaced within 15 minutes. Next time, I won’t even bother stopping here!

My car needed a new battery, they tested it, had one in stock, came out in single digit temperature changed it for me, and it started rt up. Excellent service ! Much appreciate of those gentlemen!

They were great helping me find the simple stuff we all need. I got a cabin filter and a new air cleaner filter. The replacement was slightly different so they were kind enough to actually walk out and put it in.

I went in to auto zone to get gear oil& pb blaster and the old man that worked there was walking around I asked him everytime for help and he ignored me every time like you didn't hear me but I know he did cuz he looked at me. The cubby guy at the counter keep answering the phone's 3 peoplewalked out . We waited for check out and he wouldn't acknowledge that we were standing in front of him. This was Sunday May 2nd 2021. I'm so disappointed I'm a woman that was a bad experience!!! I will not go there ever again . Because of this bad experience . I didnt deserve or the others that walked out didn't deserve it either. This was the Johnstown Ohio store. No friendly one bit.

Rodney was very helpful, kind and considerate. Just as Danielle is every time I visit. I rarely give 5 Stars rating, but this establishment and their TEAM has earned it. Congratulations GREAT TEAM and GREAT customer service ?

I went in to get a headlight and Matt not only helped my but also put the headlight in for me when he certainly didn’t have to. It helped a ton and he was super kind. Grateful.

They gave me the wrong part and refused to give me money back. Said to leave the part there and someone would call me and do a refund over the phone. Last time they did not do it and because they had the part there was nothing that could be done. Tried calling Bruce from the regional store and no reply back. Also no manager was even there to try and fix their mistake. Not sure if they are running some scam or what. Last time shopping there. No one should have to go the part store 3 times for nothing. Keep the 50 bucks I will never shop there or any other location again. Save yourself the headache pay the extra few dollars and get better parts and service at the Napa right down the road.

Lady working this evening watched me pull in at ten minutes till close- locked the doors and turned off the open sign as I was getting out of my car. When I called she said she couldn’t help because she already locked the doors all with an attitude. Good thing Johnstown has tons of other options for auto parts.

Matt was a great help. Broke down next to their store and thought we would need to tow. He helped diagnose the problem and even fixed it. Only cost $11.00. Wish we could tip these guys. Couple from Tennessee thanks you Matt.

Went to store #4531 this morning. The manager John gave me outstanding service. He spent time educating me on the potential issues with my vehicle and made me feel confident about my purchases. I definitely recommend seeing John if you need parts for your vehicle. I know I’ll be back !

excellent! They even offered me a 10% discount without me even asking. Thanks to their loaner tool program my daughters car once again has the AC working again.

3 stars because I have had mixed experiences at Autozone. Usually ok. My last visit I went in to ask for a specific part and the representative asked me a series of questions though I disagreed with his electrical assessment. I really don't go into parts store hoping to tout my knowledge of cars and seemed to get aggravated when the representative lists out there resume instead of providing the parts. Basically the rep said I should check other things before purchasing the item I specifically asked for... I Didn't want to argue with somebody who would not stop talking on and on so I went across the street, bought the part, and it fixed my issue.
