Order parts on Monday to be delivered Tues. They ordered wrong part, so we ordered to be delivered fri. Fri turned into sat. And this was simple spark plug wires.

I was just in the store and someone in the front greeted me, which I'm sure that is required. Well, I was in the store for about ten minutes looking for a windshield repair kit and I literally walked to every aisle. I had probably 40-50.00 worth of stuff already picked out. The store isn't that big and 3 people work there and not once did anyone offer to help. I'll stick with Advanced Auto since they bother offering to help customers. I just put everything back and walked out. Do better.

They will not have my business again. They quoted me $5 per lug nut, when I had called the Ashland location to get a $2 per lug nut quote. They were aware of the options between the two but never mentioned it. Ended up finding all 20 for $40 on Amazon.

Love O'Reilly's if they dont have what u need they can have it the next day

This is a good place to go to and if you have old car batteries take them in they give you a voucher to buy more stuff there

A mistake was made with parts that were ordered for me. The South Point O'Reilly's customer service to ensure I was taken care of in this situation was above and beyond! I can't remember the manager's name who helped me- worked day shift last Saturday- he is awesome!

For me and my husband this one is the best in our tri-state area. O'Reillys beats Auto Zone and Advanced all to pieces. They are the only ones who all the staff treated me like a person and not a woman who didn't know what she was talking about.
