Took my old car to have some shocks and struts put on the car, but the day before I dropped it off I called and asked them to look at the grinding noise coming from the front passenger wheel and they said they would add it to the list. Today they called and said my car was finished I asked how much and when he replied nothing I was very puzzled I said he was supposed to put shocks and struts on today after a couple mins of silence he got back on the phone and said there was a small mix up and thought it was just for the grinding. I said well I can reschedule if needed I would just have to call my wife. He stated no they will get the parts and get it for me today. They worked past the normal business hours to complete my car!!!! You can’t beat their customer service and I am a new customer to their shop but everything I have had done there has been top notch!!! I will recommended them to everyone who needs any work done !!!! Thank you for getting my old car done today.
I can't thank Harless Towing enough for their fast, professional, and reasonably priced service. My '69 Mustang broke down on a dark, winding road, and they arrived quickly, loaded the car with care, and delivered the car to my home without issue. Their competence and efficiency made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend!
Had a radiator leak on a saturday afternoon and called Harless towing, they took it to their garage looked at it monday morning, ordered the radiator and had it fixed and ready by 4:30 that afternoon. Very pleasant people and easy to work with.
Great experience with Harless Towing and Auto Repair. We were traveling through when we experienced car troubles. They were very helpful and friendly. They did the work they said they would do and they got my car back toe when they said..also pretty reasonable price for what I had done very friendly and professional...yes I will visit them again if I need repairs
The owner’s son did a great job of getting our car out of a ditch. He took his time and made sure the car got out completely safe. His son was also very nice and funny. Great business, I would recommend you use this tow service!

I locked myself out while visiting the area with the keys visible in the car. The man who answered the phone was super helpful and nice. The locksmith who came out, got out of bed to help me and only took 15 minutes to get here. They charged $100 less than everywhere else I called and were great all around. They are amazing, can not praise them enough!!

Bought a truck was told one week before I could get it. Ok,two weeks later no truck no call so I go to pick up my truck first they tell me another week when I disagree they threw a fit tried to give me back the money and continued to lie and try to make it my fault somehow these people are at church twice weekly and this is the way they treat people..
I've used these guys to fix my car, to tow my car and to add a few mods to the car. Always top rate work, always a "fun" interaction with down to earth folks. It doesn't get much better folks, these guys are the real deal.
I contacted this garage I have a 2005 Dodge Dakota pick up truck it had driver side manifold gasket leaking manifold broken and one bolt it was already broken up in the head
After driving this truck almost a year with this manifold leaking I decided I needed to get it fixed the cheapest place that I could get this thing fixed with almost $500 and that was in Flemingsburg Kentucky anyway I attempted to find a garage in the price state area I wanna with unable to do that at a price I thought I could’ve afford.
Everyone told me this was very hard repair all kinds parts would have to be taken off in order to reach the manifold.
They told me $250-300 price . I Auth the repairs and it was more than was told . $377.85 was the total cost! HOWEVER I’m WELL PLEASE. I got a NEW manifold all NEW Bolts and gaskets

The guys and gals at harless was a huge help! We had an issue with our car that needed towed to a garage to get it fixed. Once the fella looked at our car he told us what was wrong with it and even went inside the garage and explained what he thought the problem was! They were quick courteous and professional we will definitely be using them again!!

I called Harless to come tow my car bc it wouldn't start . Once he got there it actually started up and he didnt charge me anything. I dont think any other company would get out in the middle of the night to come and tow a vehicle and not charge something. I tried to pay but he refused to take it! I hope he knows how much I appreciate what he did! Thank you!
To be fair I have not been to the garage nor have I myself spoken to any Harless employees, however, we were referred to them by the owner of car lot where my vehicle was purchased. This is a long time family friend and we absolutely trust his advice on the matter. Right before going on vacation for a week my car was towed to south point and my dad spoke to an employee over the phone, and he stressed to please only take a look and determine the exact issue, then once detected they'd discuss the next move. Well long story short my dad gave the green light to fix the problem causing it not to run, AND ONLY THAT ONE PROBLEM for the time being, although yes, it needed a handful of other repairs we could not afford to do it all at once. So we come back from vacation and dad calls them, not only did they fix the main problem but also another 3 or 4 added repairs as well which then made a grand total of $918.00 for our bill!!!!!!!!!!! Before getting too upset we asked about a payment plan and were told sure payments could be made but the car itself couldn't be picked up until bill was paid in full. I'm in no way trying to say these people did anything intentionally wrong or took advantage of us, but it is going to be Lord knows how long before i can dish out a thousand dollars basically all at once. I am absolutely grateful to have the other issues fixed, but I/we had a plan and knew what needed fixed based on priorities and what we could afford. I'm going to give them a call myself today and am praying they will reconsider the payment plan. Lastly let me say this could have been a big miscommunication as well, and it happens for sure!! But i desperately need my car so wish me luck and hopefully they'll even agree to half now and half in 2-3 weeks.
Fantastic experience. I recently stopped in South Point OH to spend the night on my move from NC to CO. The next morning we got up early to hit the road. When I turned the key all that happened was click after click. Turned out to be the starter was bad. It of course was a Sunday and no one was open. To change the starter was a 6 to 8 hr job. The starter on my Toyota Tundra truck is underneath the exhaust manifold on the passenger side. I attempted to do it myself in the parking lot. After 4 hrs and a lot of cussing, I had to give up. Had my truck towed over to Harless auto repair. I was super nervous about what I was going to get charged. They could have charged me $600 to $800 dollars based on the book labor time. Instead, the owner worked on it and charged me for the actual time because I did do half the pain in the ass work to get it off. I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me the bill. Fair and honest way to do business. If you need anything from a tow to tires or automotive work you can't go wrong with these guys.
I personally thought they did great. It was super easy, they were quick and polite. Probably the best towing service we have here in the tri-state area. Thanks guys : )
