I made an online order for instore pick up. Got a confirmation in my email. Went to go pick it up. The manager looked at me and told there’s nothing. He cant look up my order, told me to cancel and buy it again. If you dont know how to look up orders, maybe you shouldn’t be a manager. Thanks for wasting my tome

I stopped in to get car parts that Autozone just doesn't have at all for my car. I forgot to mention that I wanted all my parts by the same manufacturer after the order was placed, and employees gladly made it right. Big thanks as it's hard to find good customer service now a days.
New battery purchase and installation. Top. Notch customer service. Great service great prices. Asked if I was a veteran and offered a discount. That’s the guys, as for the company I don’t shop anywhere else. Speed perks and gas perks. I’ve gotten as much as 93 cents off per gallon for entire fill ups. Great company and even better people.
When my car battery died I called Advance Auto Parts. Chuck answered the call and not only said they had my battery in stock, but that he would be willing to come give my car a jump to save me from having to tow to the store. Chuck went above and beyond - you definitely would not receive this kind of service from other auto stores! He installed my battery and was incredibly professional and kind. I would HIGHLY recommend this store; their staff is incredible!! Thanks again Chuck!!!
I just bought a headlight bulb here. I tried to install it into my car but was not successful. I went back inside and requested assistance. The two haughty men inside did not budge.
I went to the nearby competitor and bought another bulb from them and asked their assistantance. The gladly helped me and installed the bulb for me.
I went back to this store to return the first bulb. The two men refused to even return or refund my money. “Our computers are down” with their sarcastic smiles they refused.
It was dark and windy outside but I, despite being a senior citizen was treated harshly and indifferently.

Getting a question answered was difficult because the staff had a story session going on. Of course a story is more important than helping a customer. I went to Auto Zone. They took the time to answer a question.
Kevin was extremely helpful. Went in to buy anitfreeze, which we really needed...the temperature was near freezing! He recommended a brand and my boyfriend was in and out in just minutes; however, the cap was difficult to remove in the cold, after dark. Kevin not only opened the cap, but filled the resevoir! What an amazing clerk. Santa, please make sure Kevin is on the "nice" list, and be generous with the gifts. Thanks so much!
Nick went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me get my car started and a new battery put in it when I got stranded in the freezing cold. These guys are on top of things! Thank you soooo much!
As a local guide for google I will make this as professional as possible. Went to this location on Sunday June 10th 2018. Was met instantly with this older employee with hands down the worst attitude other than that of Walmart employees. Completely unprofessional and brash. I didn’t walk in there with an attitude nor a bad look on my face. My girlfriend and I were met with an instant bad attitude... I get it people have bad days but Jesus leave it at the door before you start your work shift. Not everyone wants to deal with it. Left there and went to Auto Zone instead.
Great experience getting a new battery this winter. Helpful and fast. The woman working the cashier desk even advised me to pay online using a coupon code which saved me $28.
Wonderful experience today at this location. Customer service was not only on point, but exceeded all expectations. Angel was superb in helping me with my experience and went above and beyond to assure that I had the correct product, but that they were installed properly. I will be back in the future.
I spent about an hour calling various auto parts stores in the area looking for a specific kind of car battery for my VW. I even called other Advance stores looking for the battery, only to be told they didn't have it. The man who answered the phone told me they didn't have it in stock, but without me even having to ask, he checked other stores AND the warehouse and told me I could get it as soon as the next day.
Very good customer service and will be in contact again with other parts needs!
