I can’t say enough good things about this shop! I brought my car in for a clutch replacement, and from the moment I walked through the door, I felt like I was truly in good hands. Mike and BJ took the time to walk me through everything, answered every question without rushing me, and never once made me feel silly for asking.

I did a pre-purchase inspection with a local dealership and Affordable Automotive Service made it so easy. They were quick and efficient, and not to mention had amazing prices! A third to a quarter of the price of other "big name" inspection companies. Highly recommend!

I have taken my cars to these guys for about 3 years and was really happy at first. In the past 12 months quality and customer service have went into the dumpster. Here are my experiences and why I am changing mechanics and telling the 4/5 people I've recommended to do the same. When bringing these issues up to the owner Mike he smiled and put his thumb up in my face. They have the "its not our problem" attitude.
1. They broke my door handle in my truck fixing my window and gave it back to me saying "its not a big deal". I had to pull teeth to have it fixed, which they installed the wrong trim color and said "you can live with that right"
2. I took my truck in because it was misfiring, I paid close to $1000 for repair, issues began again after 3 minutes of driving from their shop. This tells me they didn't test drive the truck let alone let it idle after their repair.
3. I had brakes done on my Honda in December 2024, the rear pads and rotors needed replaced in July 2025. They said I went over the 12,000 mile warranty and BJ explained "I don't know maybe you park over puddles and corroded something faster". So they charged me again to replace my rear breaks and rotors. I called 3 mechanics and they all laughed at Bj's reasoning, along with telling me there should not have been failure that soon.
Mike and his team were great to work with. I was in the process of purchasing a used car from a local dealer, and asked Mike if he could complete a thorough inspection before purchase. They got us in right away, test drove the car, and shared a detailed report with recommended repairs. Just what we needed.
Can’t say enough good things about this company. Mike. The owner. Is super knowledgeable and honest and has a sense of urgency. He runs a small business and I have a plumbing company that needed a truck repaired quickly and Mike delivered. They were able to fix my vehicle within a few hours of getting it towed to their facility. I was blown away at the service that I was given. This is the kind of company you want to deal with. I will use them from now on for my vehicles!!

Does excellent work at a super reasonable price. Value is unbeatable. I really like that everything is by appointment, easy drop off and pick up as needed. A Great mechanic is hard to find, look no further!
