Hunter H. gave me the best experience I’ve ever had with Autozone! I’m on the road with a food stand 6 months out of the year. I’m based out of Tampa so I usually carry all the tools needed but on this occasion I didn’t have the one I needed. Well hunter not only told me about the loan tool program but also helped me get the pulley off a little motor as well! Definitely the best employee I’ve ever met at autozone. Thanks Hunter!

My sister and law and myself have spent the last week basically living in the hospital worried about a very sick family member fightingnfor thwir life. Last night she decided to go grab us food and go grab herself some stuff from her house. On her way she decided to stop and pick up a new battery bc she was having problems with hers and her car not starting. She stopped at Auto Zone and was instructed to shut her car off and that they would change the battery for her. After she purchased the battery the rep decided he would not change the battery leaving my sister in law stranded in the parking lot bc he car would not start without being jumped, and he would not give her a jump. She had to call and wake up her elderly aunt to come from over a half hour away to give her one. I'm not sure of the reps name that was working the night of Friday Oct 28th, but he gave absolutely the worst service possible.
The absolute best autozone I have ever had the pleasure of being a customer the service top notch the employees go above and beyond to help you and see that your needs are met and that you are satisfied 1 stop shop always right parts the first time best attitude and service you could expect wouldn't consider any other parts store best choice I've ever made that store it's management and team members should be recognized for their work ethics patients and dedication to their job top notch they deserve a special recognition party for their dedication
It's the go-to place. First on my list. Usually! Professional. At least. Not over friendly. LOL! But that's okay. They usually have what you need. 8 times out of 10. Use this AutoZone all the time. Merry Christmas! And God bless you all.
This store was great! After having troubles with repairs they were very were friendly and extremely helpful in diagnosing my vehicle. Manager personally helped me find and fix issue. Thank you for all your help.
Just want to say the manager at this location was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us out today, and did it all with a great attitude and never once seemed annoyed. He tested parts over and over until the job was done! (We were there for hours by the way) His name was Nate. Great service and great fella. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Said they could install a battery in my Ford Edge Titanium and then couldn't. Staff was courteous but I would not recommend their mechanical expertise.
Ordered and paid for a rear bumper for a 2000 ford ranger. They ordered the wrong bumper which was a birthday present for my son. Pretty much screwed that surprise up.
AutoZone is my favorite auto parts store I visited many different locations and always found the staff knowledgeable and helpful and the prices are pretty good too I've been going there for many years
Nobody that works at any of these stores kniws anything more than the computer tells them and their computers has a severe abundance of incorrect Information
The lady knows her stuff not only about the store but about your cars she is very helpful the new guy the is very helpful even recommend different stores which is unfortunate ..... Auto zone once was the goto place but prices and attitudes changed the environment
