Staff are very helpful & knowledgeable about their products. The store is all around nice, great vibes. Easy to find what I was looking for and staff was ready to help if needed. I will definitely choose to shop here again above any other parts store in the area.
The employees are friendly,helpful and respectful and they have lower prices than the other stores. By going here you also get the correct part the first time you go there, you don't have to go back 6 times because they keep giving you the wrong part like autozone.
I like O'Reilly's but there's really no reason to mark up prices so high. I'll pay more from a local place but triple the price I can't do. But all automotive places just like stores is like this .
Often order the wrong parts. There manager George, has not trained the employees as he should have, but the rest of the employees are very friendly. Look for Kegan or Spencer for great help
If they dont have the part they order you the part their not to good on knowing when that part will come in though. We had to go 3 times to get our part.
I loyally shop at O'Reilly's but today I waited in line for over 20 minutes while one worker tried very hard to wait on a store full of customers while other employees were in the back just talking and not waiting on customers. Very disappointed in their service today.
Horrible service. Have been told multiple times they had a part in stock only to be told when I got there that they really didn't or they had the wrong part.
Being in O'Reillys feels like being in your friends garage (in a good way). The workers talk to you and make you feel comfortable taking to them and asking questions. Almost like you already know them when you don't. They are my go to parts store!
Can not believe the customer service! They went above and beyond for me. Everyone is so friendly and gave excellent advice. I just can't say anything bad about them and their service.
