I was very disappointed with the customer service from the manager. She was not friendly or understanding about my concerns. The furniture I purchased was dry rotted and appeared to have been dropped, which I unfortunately did not notice until I got home. The only solution offered was to bring the item back, with no offer of a price adjustment or any effort to resolve the situation fairly. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional.
There is always something to shop for. They did not have an item in stock that was advertised online. They said that they did not receive their allotted stock of this stone composite decking.
This is one of my favorite stores to shop at because there is no telling what you will find here but it's always something awesome and it's always a conversation piece
Good collection of mainly furniture.. way cheaper than stores like Arhaus or West elm.. but if you look .. you might find something unique or trendy. Hard wood and butcher block collection was good as well.
This store has tons of home surplus including everything from common themed decorations to slabs of butcher block counter tops. This is one of those stores that requires that you sift through everything to maybe find what you are looking for and you might not find anything great. There is a lot of junk and broken goods here.
Best prices and selection on rugs in Cincinnati. Always helpful and always honest. I have purchased MANY different home items here for an exceptional prices. Selection and service are the best!! I drive quite a ways to see what they have in stock, things are always changing and items are very unique.
Rugs, rugs, rugs. You just never know. Very nice one for $400, and also a nice one for $59. Lots of lower quality, or not the right colors of mostly prices in between. Some higher. Some very nice rugs. The cabinetry and doors and things seem expensive, but I never would be in the market for that sort of thing, so I don't really know. Found a couple more high quality rugs that are perfect for my rooms. One is round, which I wouldn't have thought of first for my square room, and square furniture. The other is smaller than the room, but there are all kinds of ways to use a smaller rug to accent an area.
This was the first time I had been here and wow! What a different store, so many unique items and degrees of quality. You have to go here at least once !

This place has made it onto my top favorite places. Not only did I find great room rugs I’m there, I found mirrors,bar stools, pillows, and etc, etc., etc.
The moment I walked through the doors I knew this store was going to be all about me. The style of unique items,furniture,rugs,decor etc. Beautiful items that make great conversation pieces. I LOVE THIS STORE... one of a kind pieces make a bold statement. This place is like LIQUID GOLD.
Cool items from, I'll guess India? The have closeout pricing on flooring needs and other home building needs. Very good entry door selection. The carry seasonal items for your gardening needs too. Many items are one time deals, though. Get on their email list for first look at items.
WOW! I loved this place. We are from Louisville, KY and came down for IKEA. We wound up here while searching for lunch. This place is HUGE and filled with tons of unique goods with interesting and bold flare. To name a few, there was cabinets, art, rugs, decor, and more. The staff was beyond helping me load my carts (!) With purchases. Needless to say, I will be returning. You should definitely stop by!
I have had the most amazing experience today getting rugs so amazing that I come back the same day to get another rug! Tanea completely helped me with the most respect and kindness ever...she lifted a ton of rugs so I could get the one I wanted and I appreciate that so much....she is truly an asset to this store! :)
Smells and looks like a flea market while the prices are pretty high unless you're looking for something extremely unique that its worth the high dollar. The store looked barren of customers and it made me feel uncomfortable just walking through an empty store without even associates around except by the registers. I don't understand where people claim its reasonably priced with the cheapest of furniture I could find were around 300$.
The staff here is outstanding. The prices are fantastic compared to chain stores. Went and got everything I will need to lay tile in a bathroom, their employee helped not only load the tile, ensure I had enough tile, but continued to make sure I had all the other fixings to get my bathroom set up. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but the guy with the UK hat on was great! Even dig through the boxes of grout to guarantee I got the color I wanted in bags that didn’t have little holes in them. Highly recommend people check this place out if they haven’t yet. Not the first time I’ve had great customer service either, always makes me want to come back.
Stopped by today for the first time and loved everything I saw. These are the lowest of prices for everything and is great in comparison with other stores I’ve visited like At Home and Old Time Pottery. I love that they have such a large selection of jute bags too! Those are the perfect reusable bags, as they have a coating on the inside that makes cleaning up spills from groceries, etc. easily.
We shop here often. They have a varying selection of building materials and decor. Their products are usually 'seconds' or discontinued items from major retail centers. They don't adjust pricing much, but the prices are usually great deals. Be careful though, they close AT closing time. You will need at least 1.5 hours to get through the store.
Lisa and Judy in furniture and carpets are AMAZING! Their customer service made shopping easy and enjoyable. I've been in the store several days in a row and both ladies maintained the same welcoming customer service and product knowledge as the first day!! I'm definitely a customer for life.
