Insanely rude! Their online website does not state that they do not deliver to mechanic shops on Sundays. The shop I went to put in an hour and an hour later when they called to check the status of the headlight bulb I needed an employee informed them they did not deliver. The mechanics shop was understaffed so I drove out of my way to get it only to be met with the laziest and rudest employees I have ever met. Two even had the audacity to say they didn’t care about my situation, that this was a waste of time and scarfed in my face repeatedly. Over two hours of my day wasted because a company couldn’t be bothered to put something on their website to help others which isn’t the employees fault. But it turned into they fault when they treated me like shit for being upset that my day was wasted and I asked them to reimburse the mechanic shop who was being so kind to me when it wasn’t even their fault. Honestly not upset about the online issue anymore and more upset with how I was treated in the store by the employees.

I don't know why these guys don't speak with the respect what the customer and also they are talking and yelling and if something is not possible they say nicely. Yeah, it's not possible. We cannot return We are not happy like bad words yelling and it’s not good and nice work.

Car battery died right outside. Freezing cold and Jeff helped me install a new battery on the spot. super grateful for all of his help. He went above and beyond regular customer service!

Hell folks! I'm traveling from Red River Gorge, Kentucky to visit family in Ohio. My battery went kaput on Springfield Pike in Glendale, Ohio!!! I got a jump from AAA and headed straight to the nearest O'Reilly's Auto Store which was this one. Not only did I get a battery reasonably, but my guy Jeff put it in and took the old battery that gave me an additional kickback! I've had not one, but TWO knights in shining armor come to my rescue today! Praise God for GOOD MEN that can help a lady in distress and be cheerful about it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Also the lady that works there is AMAZING!(didn't get her name)

Jeff was great helped me find everything i need very good with product knowlege. got me what i needed in a timely fanishon. welcomed me in with wide open arms and said thank you for coming in and made me laugh when walking out the door.i think he should get a raise one of the best

Crystin helped me SO MUCH on a tough fuel pump repair this past Saturday. I needed extra parts in addition to the fuel pump for my Tahoe. She handled all my needs & her knowledge level was great. It’s one of the reasons why I only buy my parts at O’Reilly!

I will continue to shop there and they do have good rebuilt parts. I was a little upset last time when they made me go back home and get the box for the core of the alternator I had replaced. They tried to explain why but first of all tell the customer when they buy the part the process, and two if forgotten tag the core or something. Don't make a customer go home and get the box you can do better than that. I Would still recommend and will continue to shop there.

They always have good employees willing to help you get what you need. They even have old school hot rod parts in stock. I did not think they would have radiator hoses for a 1972 Monte Carlo, but they had them. If they don't have something they can usually have it the next morning.

I was parked near the store in the far parking lot working before I saw a patient. My car wouldn’t restart. Store Manager, Brian immediately got his charger and tried a number of different things before determining my battery was completely dead. He installed a new battery and I was on my way. Thank you for saving the day!!!

Poor customer service and rude manager. i went to this location to have my battery tested and possibly purchase a new battery. The manager told me he could not do it because he was the only employee there. As I was leaving I noticed another employee stocking. I then asked can that employee watch the counter while you test the battery, so I can buy one if needed because I drove all the way here. He responded by telling me that the other employee was not a counter guy, so he cannot help customers while he tests my battery. I responded that he can at least watch the counter while you help a customer. He stated that he can't and it's a free service rudely. I informed him that it is a free service used to attract customers, hence me being here. Then I asked for the manager's number and he rudely replied he is the manager. I then asked for the general manager's number and he told me it was on the door and to tell him he said hello. I told him not to be rude because people often don't like the consequences that come with that and I left. I left a message with the regional manager and will call the customer service number as well. Took my business elsewhere!

Their website was one of two that gave the correct battery for my 2003 Honda -- Advance, AutoZone, etc., listed the wrong battery. O'reilly had it in stock, tool! I paid on-line. That was all excellent. But picking up the battery was another story. Tried to do curbside pickup but they wouldn't answer the phone. When I finally got through they just put me on hold and never got back (12+ minutes). I went in the store and there were only 2 clerks who seemed very busy helping other customers with difficult problems. When I finally got a clerk I felt like I was getting lots of attitude (maybe it was just battle fatigue showing). Instead of "hi how can i help you?" it was more like "oh... another... customer...." Took maybe an hour at the store to pickup my battery.

They mistakenly listed what I was looking for in their inventory, but after every employee in the store searched for it, nobody found it. Then they called the next closest store to check there, and had them hold it at the counter for me. Yeah I wish their inventory was accurate, but mistakes happen and they tried their best and made it as convenient for me as possible. I'll definitely be returning as I am a car enthusiast/DIYer.

Service excellence, helpfull takes on a new meaning, SUPPORT! Need a tool, free 48hour rental. Warranty or return, lost receipt, gladly no worries, give your name or phone#. The best of everything that Amazon just can't do. Ps. I used to love local Napa but heart break.., I have the receipt for the battery under warranty, already tried to trickle charge all night. I called Napa (are you sure you will.., ok, I'll be there). So I troubled a friend for a ride. Now they insist to try hard hot charging it over an hour while we wait, of course it's still bad... Then they say," it doesn't have the date punched out on the battery so, we don't honor the warranty".

Purchased wipers for my Lincoln Anand the gentleman came out in the cold and changed them with no issue. Had a rough time figuring out how to change the rear wiper, but he figured it out. Great folks working in this store.

They did an outstanding job on my car!! My car would not start properly. The two O'Reilly workers were able to look at my battery and notice that it was not staying in place. The one guy, I think was named Tony, was able to tighten the post on my battery. I thought I needed a new battery I was so happy and relieved with my service there. Thank you guys!

Great store, fantastic customer service, great management! I, like so many of us clueless about cars, came to this store needing not just to purchase a product but technical assistance if I wanted to fix the problem myself. The moment I walked in it felt like a small town community store where everyone knows each other and actually cares abt each other. Two customers knew the manager's name! Several employees helped me but it was Marvin whom I believe was the manager who I saw going above and beyond to help others speaking both English and Spanish and talking car shop in between. Honestly the staff seemed as fond as him as the customers which is rare. My family will definitely come here over other places closer that are less helpful. Gracias Marvin.

Good selection of parts. Okay pricing for after market parts ( could do better especially going against Amazon). Really friendly staff and also some speaks Spanish. Been going to this store for a lot of years.

O'Reilly's in Springdale is awesome. They're fully staffed, greet you immediately upon entering, no wait at all and Bradley, who I think is a manager, solved my problem completely. When another store, not to mention any names, made me feel like fixing a tail light was just not possible, Bradley did it! And it was so easy! I can't believe those "others" were so incompetent and told me to go to the dealership which could have cost me hundreds! I'll never go anywhere else but O'Reilly's ever again! Thanks everyone at O'Reilly's!

I went there on my break at work this afternoon for something simple, windshield wiper blades.. Last week my daughter ordered one online from a different auto parts store and it was the wrong one.. I went to Walmart last night and got 2 and again the wrong ones!!!! 😡.. I was greeted and helped immediately by the lady working.. She pulled my wipers, a gentleman ran out to my car to make sure they were the right ones.. And another gentleman rang them up, and gave me a discount and before I was done paying the other gentleman had already put the new wiper blades on my car!!!!!! These peoole were amazing today!!!!! You never know what someone is dealing with in their life so people be kind!!!! Today was just about the only good I have had in my life this year!!! Thank You so much!!!!!! I will always return there for any auto parts I will need!!!!

This is my favorite O'Reillys to go to. The workers are always so friendly and they never seem put out-- like they enjoy working there. They are more than willing to help and explain things so well a 4 year old could understand. This locations seems to have a larger selection of parts in stock too!

I needed to replace my wind shield wipers and they had a computer there that when you typed in you cars make and model, it told you what wipers were needed and what size. True enough, they had them in stock and I made my purchase. The store was clean and well stocked.

Decent store with good parts selection. Prices used to be much better than the competition in town, but now are about the same. I still select this parts store over others in town because their oil change specials are best in the area usually. The staff was friendly and fairly knowledgeable.

The men and women who work here are some of the most knowledgeable and straight forward folks I have ever seen at a parts store. I am blown away at how accurate they are at diagnosing my issue with just my description. They stand behind their parts and also price match. This is also the northern Cincinnati "hub" store so they have tons of more parts than the surrounding O'Reilly stores. Start here and you will get the right part at a fair price.
