I was in an auto accident several months ago and the police called Cincy Xtreme Towing to recover my vehicle as it was totaled on site. They were fast and helpful on site.
However, I really appreciated the customer service provided to me in the weeks following my accident. I was out of town and was having many difficulties working with the insurance company of the individual who had damaged my vehicle. The folks at Cincy Xtreme Towing kept me updated on my vehicle and were kind in all the phone calls I made and questions I had for them. They were patient & kind during a very stressful time for me.
While out door dashing at 3am, a bolt popped out of one of my axles and my tire went sideways. I was in a trailer park and they had my car towed the following morning by Cincy Xtreme. I was broke and had to wait a few days to get it out. I also needed it towed ro my house. When the guy got here (totally drawing a blank on his name, sorry!!) I could tell he was in a hurry but he was cool. I was paying with a card and for some unknown reason it kept declining. This guy waited here forever for me to figure something out, being totally cool about it the whole time. He finally had to give me a ride to get the cash from the atm. He cut me a break on the price, which was a great price already. I've been towed before and it's cost me nearly $1000 at other places. This was more than half other places. He even jacked my car up for me after unloading my car so no further damage would be caused and told me what I needed to fix it. Great experience all around, def highly recommend!!
My car broke down in the middle of the street. The cops came called the stone company for me towing company try to charge me for 0.2 miles $220 use the wrong tools I had a broken axle broke even more stuff in the car. And try to scare me by not telling me about that rate of $220 plus they trying to scam me by putting put in my car in their lot because he didn’t want to do 10 miles to Cincinnati which is he’s getting paid for but no I was forced to pay the $220 this is just the service they provide imagine the customer service racism on a whole lot. A big scale very bad never recommended the worst ever. and when I called and confirmed, they won’t give me their insurance company and they want to pay me for the damage they have done which is I told him they can come and check out. Thank you.
Very unprofessional, please look at reviews before you use this business. Charge me for a tow then canceled because they where "backed up" instead of getting to it eventually and never told me it was canceled. Waited 7 hours just to have to call another company for a tow, this company doesn't deserve to be in business!
