The guy knew what he was doing. Came by fast compared to AAA or other major towing services. It was nice to see the truck and equipment was taken care of and he made sure to not damage my car's front end as much as he possibly could using his flatbed truck (Car is lowered more than most). Amazing experience! On Christmas Eve Ramirez saved me. AAA came to tow my truck with improper equipment and told me I would have to wait 3 hours because they are experiencing high volume. Searched Google started calling each company as listed. I called 4 different towing companies all long waits and ridiculous asking prices. Scrolled down to the next company Ramirez Towing, gentlemen answers how can I help. I explain my situation, he says text me the pick up and drop off locations. 2 minutes later I'm quoted and I agreed to the fair pricing. Seconds later I receive a message informing me that a driver will arrive in 30 minutes. Driver shows up on time and helps me attach a hanging lift gate and tows the truck for me last minute on Christmas Eve. Extremely grateful for Ramirez Towing today. Ramirez Towing worked a small miracle for us! They towed our 2013 Acura sedan from the lower parking pad behind our house, through an 8’ gate, and up our inclined driveway to the street. George Ramirez did it with the regular, full-sized, flatbed rig, whereas the first company that came out immediately said it would be impossible. Chains, hooks, pulleys, and truck with precise incremental changes and adjustments finally got the job done. And every bit of that happened with George’s determination, willingness, strength, and positive attitude. He ranked it among his top five most challenging maneuvers! I called to have my car towed today. Within 45 minutes, the driver was at my garage. The driver was so professional. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. No one likes having his or her car towed, but Ramirez Towing made it as easy as possible. I cannot say enough about the great service I got. This is truly a five star company.
i thought ramirez was actually going to help us but instead cancelled after telling us multiple times that he was on his way. he first told us 25 mins and after the 25 mins passed we called to ask and he then said 15 mins. the 15 mins passed and when i called to ask if he was pulling up, he says 5 mins and i asked is he was sure again because he told us 15 mins, he said he’s cancelling and hangs up. completely unprofessional! i do not recommend.
Ramirez Towing LLC saved our Saturday! My car suddenly stopped accelerating, so my husband and I pulled over and called AAA for a tow since we're members. Unfortunately, after waiting over 2.5 hours and being told we might have to wait another 4 hours, we realized it wasn’t worth it. Frustrated, I reached out to our car insurance provider (Erie Insurance), who informed us that our policy covered towing. She let us know we could use any tow company, and they’d cover the cost.

These guys are super heroes! My 21’ van RV was stuck in the mud at the back of a friend’s property. We didn’t think the ground was so soggy. The van was halfway into the trees from trying to get out and slipping. Ramirez Towing was able to get a winch onto my RV and pulled it right out of that mud, around a greenhouse, and up to the driveway, probably more than 200ft. I told them they needed to wear Superman shirts because they were my super heroes! You need help? You call Ramirez!!
