Once again Mike pulled through for me! I lost a rear end in one truck and a transmission in another in the same week. Mike rebuilt them and got them back to me that very same week. Means alot to get trucks back on the road that quickly. I appreciate the fact they only use genuine parts so I dont have to worry about premature failures. Everybody I have talked to and dealt with at Tri City are experts in their field and are more than happy to answer any questions you may have at any point!
Mike was SUPER helpful while I had my father in laws 1941 international fire truck in my shop. I was not familiar with old internationals at all but with his help over the phone I was able to get the right parts and the right information I needed to complete the repair. Thanks again Mike!
This place is really good with the service , they can give you good advice , they have best price around with the warranty, but if you talk to ( Bob & Harry’s Garage of west Chester Township , OH ) they blame this place, because of their own stupidity and unexperienced mechanics , I had my own bad experience with Bob & Harry’s , buy parts from this place with no worries , after all , it comes with a good warranty
This shop is dishonest and they do not warranty their work. They worked on an auxiliary part of the transmission which failed after less than 5000 miles.
